Pros:

Cet Hotel était globalement agréable.

Cons:

Le point le plus négatif est l'emplacement, même si le quartier est agréable, l'hôtel est beaucoup trop excentré. D'autre part le Service se résume au stricte minimum, entre autre aucun service de blanchisserie et aucun effort pour proposer une solution. Petit déjeuner très réduit.

The room wasn’t worth the money at all, and even the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Pretty disappointing stay.

The room is not worth the price they are charging. The facilities were disappointing, especially the toilet flush, which was not working properly. Overall, the experience did not match the cost, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Wonderful, highly recommend the property

Good value stay in the heart of Thanjai
Pros:

Staff were excellent and the service was very good. They take food orders proactively and the nearby restaurant focuses on health food prepared the traditional way in a clay pot - it is a local favorite I hear.

Cons:

The room was neat but felt cramped and the bathroom facilities a bit dated. For the price though one has to expect and accept this level of comfort and quality.

Nice, but overpriced
Pros:

It is clean and comfortable and the rooms are big. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the temple. Quiet street. Helpful staff.

Cons:

It’s a bit over priced. They give a complimentary breakfast and I asked for tea, which they provided but then later tried to charge me 20 rupees per tiny cup, without making that clear. It was all the more stupid as two days earlier I had skipped the free breakfast altogether as they only serve it at 830.

Stanza spaziosa, buona zona in comune con tavolo. Vicino un ristorante molto buono.

Cons:

Il bagno non era stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo. Il letto in più non era stato preparato e ci é stato dato un materasso da sistemare in autonomia.

Pros:

C’est tout propre , l’eau est bien chaude, le quartier tranquille. Un jardin et une terrasse derrière l’hôtel pour lire.. On est réveillé par les chants d’oiseaux.
Aravind a été particulièrement attentionné pour nous aider dans nos transports …

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The property is indeed a unique place to stay. It is part of a big house and the rooms have been modified to suit the requirments of travellers. The room is quite big with a old fashioned cot which really adds to the charm of the room. The staff, consisiting of two boys were very helpful. The parking of the car has to be on the road in front. Since it is a quiet neighbourhood parking is quite safe. The breakfast was yummy. Idli, dosa, pongal with chutney, sambaar etc. All in all I would say value for money.

Cons:

Availability of hot water for bath etc could be improved.

Peaceful and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely quiet location in a residential street , within walking distance to big temple. Hot water worked great. Staff were really helpful and keen to help. Don’t miss the fantastic family restaurant a couple of doors down. They do a fantastic taster menu of traditional and typical Tamil Nadu vegetarian foods eaten.
