Pros:

From the moment I arrived, this resort impressed on every level. The room was spacious, modern and immaculate, the grounds beautifully maintained, and the private beach and pool were simply wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber und rundum guter Service

Cons:

Leider ist der Strand relativ dreckig. Der zum Hotel gehörende Abschnitt wird gereinigt und ist schön. Jedoch sind umliegend kaum Hotels oder bewohnte Flächen, sodass über Nacht sehr viel Unrat aus dem Meer angeschwemmt wird, was leider sehr unschön ist.

+ spectacular beach access right from resort. Beach and Sea are comfortable and clean

location is a bit further from town / other restaurants. Not an issue for us as we rented scooter (10 minute drive to town).

Cons:

Resort prices for things like tuk tuk / laundry seem disproportionate compared to prices in town. Would advise to look for alternatives for such things.

The main issue was with the pricing. I was charged a higher amount than what was originally agreed at the time of booking, which is unacceptable and reflects poor transparency and customer handling.

The customer service overall was very poor. Staff did not handle concerns professionally, and there was a clear lack of attention to guest satisfaction.

Breakfast quality was below standard and did not meet expectations. Additionally, there were dogs roaming freely around the property, which made the environment uncomfortable and unsuitable, especially for families.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Management should seriously improve their pricing integrity, hygiene standards, and customer service.

Perfect stay
Pros:

108 palms is a lovely resort with direct beach access, perfectly located between Trinco and Nilaveli.
it is perfectly managed and has competent staff, helping you with all you need for a perfect vacation.
They organized scooters, an amazing whale watching tour and more. Thanks for the gerat time that we had with you.

Magnifique endroit, personnel accueillant et souriant. Le restaurant etait tres bon. Ils ont organisé pour nous une sortie sur Pigeon Island un de nos highlights du voyage ! On a adoré la serenité de cet endroit, le magnifique jardin, la grande piscine et la plage splendide juste en face qu'on avait que pour nous !

Great Location good food.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Nice clean beach front of the hotel .Staff were very friendly did everything they could to satisfy us. Dinner food was very good. I will definitely come back. We have extended our stay.

May be to cut the grass with electric machine. It was so noisy.

Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Quiet, peaceful and very easy.
Pros:

It was hard to leave 108 Palms! The staff were incredible, the food was delicious and nourishing, and our most difficult decision was whether to swim in the pool or the ocean.

Cons:

I loved the property. It was not pretentious like so many beach resorts are. It blends with the environment and local community.

Eigener Bungalow, tolle Anlage und Team.
Pros:

Spitzenklasse.
Direkt am Meer, mit Pool.
Riesen Zimmer.Absolut ruhig. Tolles Personal , wie ein Familienbetrieb. 15 Minuten in die Stadt.Ewig langer Strand direkt am Resort.

Cons:

Alles war top. Wenn's dunkel wird aufpassen beim Autofahren in/von der Stadt, der halbe Bauernhof ist auf der Straße unterwegs.
