Regina Beach Bungalow

Ich habe den Aufenthalt im Regina Beach sehr genossen und bekam ein upgrade für ein wunderschönes, grosses Zimmer. Es ist eine wunderschöne, feine kleine Anlage in einem gepflegten und sehr schönen Garten und liegt fast direkt am Strand. Am Strand hat es Liegen, welche zum Regina Beach gehören.
Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker.
Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Die beste Unterkunft unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise. Es war einfach alles perfekt, die Lage, die Mitarbeiter, der private Strand und die Zimmer.
Die Mitarbeiter erkundigen sich immer, ob es einem gut geht und alles ok ist. Sie sind sehr herzlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch.
Bedingt durch die Größe der Anlage und die geringe Anzahl an Zimmern kann man hier auch wunderbar einfach mal seine Ruhe finden.
Der Weg nach Uppuveli ist mit dem Tuktuk auch kein Problem.

Wir können jedem einfach nur empfehlen, hier ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

Уютный спокойный отель в локальной деревне, недалеко от Тринкомали. Если есть скутер, то все супер. Будет и тишина по ночам и в 10 мин езды все кафе, йога, бары и активности.

The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The accommodation was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. The location is perfect for the beach, which is only a 3-minute walk away. There are also sun loungers on the beach that guests are welcome to use. The rooms are air-conditioned. Guests can also relax in the garden and use the hammocks. All in all, a great vacation spot for quiet and relaxing days.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location was so secluded and we basically had our own private beach.
The staff were so so lovely and wonderful, we couldn’t have asked for nicer people!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 4 nuits au Regina. Le logement est spacieux, confortable et impeccablement propre. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 100 mètres d’une superbe plage déserte, et à quelques minutes de tuk-tuk des bars et restaurants d’Upuvelli.

Le personnel, à l’image de Regina, est d’une gentillesse rare : toujours souriant, détendu et à l’écoute. Le jardin, parfaitement entretenu, avec ses hamacs à l’ombre des cocotiers, invite à la détente. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la qualité des repas, aussi bien le petit déjeuner que le dîner.

Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un séjour paisible et ressourçant.

Vous pouvez manger sur place à condition de commander quelques heures avant car tout est acheté en fonction de votre commande.

We liked all, to be honest. Regina and her staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean, well working air conditioning and no mosquitos at all !! The meals we ordered there were fabulous and every time fresh prepared. The beach is like 100mt away from the bungalow, and it is just a wonderful beach, almost private (you can maybe meet 10 people per day or less). The garden around the accommodation is so well maintained and full of trees and flowers. You can relax on the beach under the private cabana or at the garden on the hammocks. Is true that there is a cemetery close to the property, but it is nothing that bothers you at all. They also have a night guard at the gate. We can absolutely 💯 recommend this place if you are visiting Trinco and want to relax in a peaceful place, avoiding the crowds.

Alloggiare nei pochi bungalow di Regina è una esperienza molto rilassante. Dal primo momento si ha la sensazione di essere in famiglia. La struttura è semplice ma curata, il giardino in comune è spazioso e piacevole. Il pesce alla griglia di Regina è il top assoluto. Colazione con materie freschissime e deliziose. Una parentesi di relax imperdibile per un viaggio in Sri Lanka. Spiaggia praticamente deserta, da godersi in solitudine.

La nostra esperienza al Regina Beach Bungalow è stata davvero splendida.

All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con latte di cocco fresco, un gesto semplice ma che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Il giardino è curatissimo e i 5 bungalow sono spaziosi, pulitissimi e arredati con gusto. Regina e il suo staff sono stati di una gentilezza straordinaria per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

La colazione, servita direttamente in bungalow, è stata ogni mattina una sorpresa: frutta fresca eccezionale, ottimo caffè, pane con marmellata, uova cucinate in vari modi… qualsiasi desiderio viene accolto e preparato al momento.

La struttura si affaccia su una spiaggia privata, molto tranquilla, delimitata da un piccolo cimitero che paradossalmente contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di pace. La spiaggia è attrezzata con cabana e lettini riservati, oltre a una doccia comodissima.

Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di cenare direttamente ai bungalow: Regina ci ha cucinato aragoste, gamberi, tonno, calamari e altri piatti di pesce freschissimo, cucinati in maniera sublime. Probabilmente il miglior pesce che abbiamo mai mangiato. La serata è cominciata con un graditissimo gin tonic offerto da Regina stessa.

Il personale è stato molto disponibile anche nell’organizzare escursioni: da segnalare la gita in barca con partenza dalla spiaggia privata, per fare snorkeling sull’isola vicina con attrezzatura fornita direttamente da loro.

Per il resto, tutto perfetto: ospitalità calorosa, location incantevole, servizi impeccabili. Un posto che consigliamo senza esitazione e in cui torneremmo volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questa struttura al termine di un viaggio di due settimane trovando vero relax e comfort. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la pulizia e bellezza della stanza, il patio privato dove poter fare buonissime colazioni oltre che cenare con pesce fresco quando non ci siamo mossi verso la vicina Uppuveli (5 minuti di tuktuk), infine avere praticamente a disposizione una spiaggia privata di chilometri con vari gazebo della struttura oltre che una comoda doccia. Una menzione particolare oltre che al manager della struttura e le persone dello staff sempre cordiali , va ai simpaticissimi proprietari che erano in struttura nel nostro stesso periodo..Regina sei unica !

A warm and pleasant welcome.
The rooms, set within a beautiful private garden, were spotless and very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to nothing but birdsong made the stay feel truly special, a perfect retreat in nature. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and spoke good English.
Other than that, the hotel has a wonderful private beach right in front of it. The city center is just 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place surrounded by nature, this is the right choice.
