Would defintely reconsider booking again next year
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a lovely old-school charm that I appreciate. The room was spacious and had a cozy feel to it. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located—just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, which made getting around super easy. The kids had a great time at the play area, which was an added bonus. Overall, a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Cons:

There are a few areas that could use some attention. The breakfast could definitely offer more variety, and the coffee machine in the dining area was quite outdated—it could really use a replacement. A small touch that would improve the experience would be adding a shoehorn (those long tools) in every room, as it’s a nice convenience. Also, the pillows in the room weren’t the most comfortable and could use replacing.

Pros:

Хороший отель. чисто и комфортно. Рядом два подъемника. Неплохие трассы, когда есть снег. Нам не очень с этим повезло и половина трасс были закрыты. Но на втором подъемнике можно подняться в ресторан на вершине горы. Там красивый вид и есть зона для пеших прогулок. За отелем сразу есть водопад. Есть сауна и ресторан. Неплохие завтраки. Можно заказывать ужины.

Decent hotel but rather old fashioned and lacking some facilities given the cost.
Pros:

Very clean.
Good, fresh items on breakfast buffet.
Free parking outside.
Staff friendly.
Near to ski-train station.
Large ski room.

Cons:

Breakfast only open at 08:00 . Not acceptable in a ski hotel where people want to get going early.
Breakfast had 1 coffee machine which could pour 1 coffee at a time .. for about 50 guests.
Room was large but awkward. A four-poster bed and sloped ceiling restricted the space to move-around.
Room was cold even though heating was on.
No wall sockets next to bed either side, to charge phone etc.
Bathroom old-fashioned although functional.
No coffee or tea in room.
Standard check-in only at 16:00 onwards!

Das Hotel ist nahe bei den Bergbahnen und in einem regionalen Stil gebaut worden. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war wirklich ansprechend mit regionalen Möbeln. Uns hat es gefallen.

Restaurant top, Zimmer flop.
Pros:

Der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal erfüllte unsere Wünsche zur grossen Zufriedenheit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich im Dachgeschoss - mein Partner konnte stellenweise nur gebückt gehen. Wir waren erstaunt, dass uns so ein Zimmer angeboten wurde, weil das Hotel praktisch leer war. Der Zimmerservice fand nicht statt, da das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt wird - wurde uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt.

Torno sempre volentieri. ottimo staff e vicino alla risalita per Iltios.
Pros:

La disponibilta del personale, la pulizia.
La zona lounge con biliardi,bigliardino, scacchi.

Ideal location for the Chäserrugg Bahn, comfortable large bedroom, hot, large shower. Good breakfast, good food in the restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel wasn't busy, so the lounge was in darkness when we arrived, the bar was not open. We had to ask someone to turn on lights.

Es war gut
Pros:

Wir haben in dem Hotel nur eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Lage war top. Freie und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Mir persönlich hat etwas Gemüse gefehlt,wie Tomaten, Gurken, auch Nüsse, halt so was.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick sauber. Nur im Badezimmer in einer Ecke lagen Haare und sogar ein Nägel. Das war schon bisschen eklig..

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Personal, extrem kinderfreundlich. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war ohne viel Schnickschnack, aber es war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt und vor allem sehr frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
