Schönes Haus mit guter Lage und freundlicher Gastgeberin

Sehr schönes Zimmer in schönem historischen Gebäude mit Zugang zum schönem Garten und Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick, gutes Frühstück wenn auch die Bereitstellung etwas lange dauerte, gute Lage

Cons:

Gut wäre wenn zur vereinbarten Frühstückszeit alles an Tisch wäre, Kaffee, Brot usw, dass man anfangen kann, kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre gut, die zwei Frühstücksoptionen finde ich unpassend, für den Preis könnte man beides anbieten da keine üppigen Mengen

Super emplacement, l’hôtesse est gentille!
Pros:

L’emplacement était super! La suite alegre est très grande! Les lits étaient très confortables! Bonne douche!

Cons:

Le meubles du salon de la suite Alegre auraient avantage à être rajeunis.

Et, effectivement, plus un guesthouse qu’un hôtel.

Perfect place to stay in Valparaíso
Pros:

Everything! The location, the views, Paula's wonderful hospitality and breakfast, the comfortable bed, and the clean bathroom with an excellent shower.
We had an attic room with three windows that open (including one in the bathroom) and almost 360-degree views, so there was plenty of ventilation and we slept well.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. If we return to Valparaíso, we will stay here again.

I had lovely stay here! Paula is so helpful and kind. I will be back again.
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff.
As soon as I booked this hotel, I received the welcome message asking if there is anything I need help with.
Location: it is almost top of the hill with the beautiful view. It is a bit away from the tourist area and it stayed quiet day and night.

Cons:

There is only one staff therefore you cannot come and go freely unless you have keys to the door. It was the case after I checked out and went to get my bag. So it is important to communicate with the staff.

tout. Paula est une hôte exceptionnelle, très à l’écoute et prête à rendre menus services comme imprimer billet avion etc…la chambre au 1ere étage était très agréable avec vue sur le jardin fleuri et vue mer. Le lit très confortable. La déco de cette maison de famille très sympa avec petit salon confortable on se sent comme chez soi. Petit dej’ très bon avec choix varié
