Perfect place to stay in Valparaíso
Pros:

Everything! The location, the views, Paula's wonderful hospitality and breakfast, the comfortable bed, and the clean bathroom with an excellent shower.
We had an attic room with three windows that open (including one in the bathroom) and almost 360-degree views, so there was plenty of ventilation and we slept well.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. If we return to Valparaíso, we will stay here again.

I had lovely stay here! Paula is so helpful and kind. I will be back again.
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff.
As soon as I booked this hotel, I received the welcome message asking if there is anything I need help with.
Location: it is almost top of the hill with the beautiful view. It is a bit away from the tourist area and it stayed quiet day and night.

Cons:

There is only one staff therefore you cannot come and go freely unless you have keys to the door. It was the case after I checked out and went to get my bag. So it is important to communicate with the staff.

Pros:

tout. Paula est une hôte exceptionnelle, très à l’écoute et prête à rendre menus services comme imprimer billet avion etc…la chambre au 1ere étage était très agréable avec vue sur le jardin fleuri et vue mer. Le lit très confortable. La déco de cette maison de famille très sympa avec petit salon confortable on se sent comme chez soi. Petit dej’ très bon avec choix varié

Établissement parfait à tout point de vue
Pros:

Tout, c'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai visite durant mon long voyage au Chili : emplacement parfait, Paula très à l'écoute, sympathique et réactive, chambre superbe avec confort, propreté nickel, petit déjeuner très bon, on s'y sent bien et en plus c'est silencieux!
Il y a même savon et shampoing, bref le seul regret est de ne pas y être reste un jour de plus! Merci à eux

Excelente lugar para su estadía en Valparaíso
Pros:

El hotel estaba en excelentes condiciones, y ubicado en una zona muy agradable cercana a restaurantes y lugares de interés. Su dueña/administradora Paula es una anfitriona excepcional. Hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estadía fuera placentera. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno.
