Overall good.
Pros:

Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

We had to walk through busy roads to get to the hotel as there was no direct access to the hotel from the main road. Staff helped us get our luggage when we checked out.

Great location but beware of the roadblock timing.
Pros:

The location is the best as it is about less than 200 metres from the Church. Breakfast spread was ok. The rooms are more like bed and breakfast type. The bazaar and the beach waas very near. All walking distance.

Cons:

The location was near to the church which made the transport difficult because we arrived during the traffic lock period. we did not know about the timing (7pm-10pm) thus we have to carry our luggages later (after 10pm) even though we checked in earlier.
