We had booked 2 units for 3 people my brother was not disabled he had a comfortable stay

Very close to the church good staff very helpful

Price is expensive but i guess everything which is good is expensive 😉

I've had an excellent stay at the hotel and was really happy and contended

Pros:

The hotel is walkable from the main shrine. So it's nearby. There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves food to a decent level

Cons:

The staff attitude was too bad, we visited when the whole hotel has only 2 guests including us. But still they did not give us an hour extra they asked for payment for the extra hr of checkout. The restaurant staffs were good.

Comfortable & Convenient for a Velankanni church pilgrim family
Pros:

Location excellent.Velankanni church is at less than 100 mtr distance. Spacious and well planned rooms. Trouble free stay. Good furniture support. Complementary breakfast very good.Everything nice.

Adequate facilities, definitely not luxurious as advertised.
Pros:

Location is great, about 3 mins walk to the church. Sea view room. Basic amenities like soap and towels were provided. Beds were large enough. FOC accommodation for driver in an onsite dormitory but breakfast is payable for driver.

Cons:

The roads in front of hotel are in bad shape. Potholes filled with water and muddy when raining. Breakfast was adequate on the weekend, buffet style. No buffet on the Mon morning but ala carte was available but they did not advise that breakfast for driver would be charged according to what was ordered instead of flat buffet rate.

Hotel collected payment for room upfront and no receipt was given. At checkout, we paid for driver's breakfast and they added a receipt for water which did not belong to us. They seem to track expenditure by room and not by the guests, so the receipt for water was probably from someone who had stayed in the same room earlier. Fortunately, there was another name on the receipt and we could dispute it.

Bathroom was filled with some sort of bug on the second night when it rained heavily. All over the bathtub and floor. We had to keep the door closed as we were afraid they would invade the room.
