Cons:

Noisy. From 5AM there was a lot of noise and people screaming and running in the corridors. Fire alarm was triggered twice. Staff did not act to resolve this issue. Everything feels dirty even though the place looks new. Room smelt like an ashtray.

The Good,The Neat and The Dysfunctional
Pros:

Clean room and welcoming staff . Trucks were assisted to park in the premises along with all cars... maybe you need to create a designated area for trucks moving forward.

Cons:

I had a dysfunctional air conditioner and couldn't get heat during the coldest days of my stay. I kept bumping my head against the right bottom leg of the above bunk bed when getting up... thanks God no injuries, as I got used to it and took evasive action.
