I was in Whitley Bay for a funeral and the service offered was very kind and understanding
Pros:

The lovely staff who would do anything they could to help very friendly and I would definitely visit again.

Cons:

Nothing really except some shower gel would have been nice but that’s the only thing.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Julie great experience.
Pros:

The location is super close to travel to the beach the metro and buses.
There is plenty of food outlets,including The library bar situated next door for a cool beer. Quite place to chat.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable. Had a really good time.

Cons:

I personally have no bad words. My experience was great.

Small, but comfy room with everything you need :)
Outside of the room itself, the staff and everyone there is incredibly warm and welcoming! I have never experienced such helpfulness and kindness before!
