Pobyt zamienił się w katorgę z powodu braku klimatyzacji w pokoju

Lokalizacja, personel.

Cons:

Bark klimatyzacji w pokoju. O 8 rano temperatura w pomieszczeniu 35 stopni. Sytuacja zagrażała zdrowiu, w związku z powyższym miałem skrócić pobyt.

Moc hezký hotel s kompletním vybavením, nejvíce hodnotíme wellnes, nerezové bazény i vířivky, vse neomezeně 👍 výborné a bohaté snídaně (a to jsme hodně vybíraví 🙈) SUPER, jiste se vrátíme 🫶🙏 P.S.to tiramisu co jste neměli první večer, si dám příště 😉👍

Ładny obiekt z widokiem z restauracji na góry. Nowoczesny, fajne przestrzenie lobby, ładne pokoje, w pokoju cicho i czysto.
Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre, obsługa kelnerska super, brawo dla Pań z restauracji, czuć od nich taki przyjemny entuzjazm. Śniadania też ok.
Generalnie był to mój pierwszy ale nie ostatni pobyt.

Cons:

Widok na góry jest z restauracji i znad basenu. Większość pokoi ma widok na krzaki, a niektóre mają dosłownie wyjście z tarasu wprost na parking.

Piękna okolica i widoki , bardzo dobra kuchnia , czysto .

Brak miseczek dla psa , brak wody mineralnej w pokoju - są dystrybutory na korytarzu .

Unterkunft sehr angenehm. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür hat uns als Motorradfahrer gut gefallen.

Cons:

Da eine größere Gesellschaft eine Tagung hatte und gemeinsam zum Abendessen ging, wollen uns gesagt, dass wir bis spätestens 19:00 Uhr bestellen müssen. Haben wir getan. Es war dann nicht möglich um 19:30 Uhr noch einen Nachtisch zu bekommen auch als ich angeboten habe nur zwei Kugeln Eis zu nehmen. Etwa 45 Minuten später kam die Bedienung dann doch noch einmal und ich habe auch einen Nachtisch bekommen. Die Verzögerung war völlig unnötig. Zumal wir die einzigen Gäste waren und die Küche in dem Moment aus unserer Sicht nicht gerade überlastet war. Außerdem sollte so etwas in einem Vier Sterne Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht passieren.
