Resepsiyondaki sorumlu bay fatura istemem durumumda 10Euro daha fazla ödemem konusunda talepte bulundu. Kredi kartı ile ödeme yapacağımı gördüğünde ilave bir ücretin ödenmesine gerek olmadığını belirtti. Bizim ödediğimiz rakamlar vergiler dahil değil midir? Daha niye ilave para ödemem gereksin ki? Ayrıca Wifi koridorun sonundaki odalardan bağlanmıyor.
