Hot water was readily available in the shower.
I requested a late check out and was granted an extra hour at no charge. I appreciated that alot.

Cons:

In winter months, it would be best to provide a kettle and a few cups in the room for a cup of hot coffee before bed to warm you up. However, the staff were very accommodating, i asked for a kettle and they did give me one to use,i had to use my own travel mug though.

Barulho anoite , sub-entendi que o dono é estrangeiro ( algum país africano) e lá praz 21 horas a turma dele toda estavam a beber por ali e falar muito alto sem respeitar os hóspedes
