Pros:

Het hotel was fantastisch! Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. Ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, en de faciliteiten waren top. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf!

Du professionnalisme du début à la fin !
Pros:

Un petit déjeuner et déjeuner de très grande qualité, la bienveillance incroyable du personnel !
En tant que francophone un accueil a ce point rarement rencontré .
Côté pratique, un parking digne de ce nom.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening

Cons:

Toegang tot het restaurant, beetje vervelend dat je daarvoor je kaart nodig hebt. Als je in die gang beland zonder kaart kun je niet meer je kamer in (logisch) maar kun je ook niet weg via het restaurant.

Heerlijk verblijf voor het gezin
Pros:

Ruime kamer, of eigenlijk: appartement met 2 slaapkamers (we kozen de 6-persoonsoptie). Comfortabele bedden. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Prachtige speeltuinen buiten EN binnen, helaas viel het weer wat tegen dus weinig gebruik gemaakt van de buitenspeeltuin. Ook het ontbijt was voortreffelijk.

Cons:

Qua locatie zijn de meeste dingen in centrum Knokke net te ver om te lopen, dus je moet voor alles de auto/taxi pakken. Maar dit wisten we van tevoren. Ik miste misschien nog wat extra glazen op de kamer, je hebt wel een koelkastje en enorm aanrecht, maar geen gerei oid verder.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, fantastisch uitzicht, comfortabele bedden en ruime keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Wij hebben er niet echt last van gehad maar het hotel/restaurant is zeer familievriendelijk en dus is het mogelijk om spelende kinderen te horen op het terras of in het restaurant.

Gastvrij hotel met mooie ruime kamers en veel faciliteiten voor kinderen.
Pros:

Hier voel je je echt een welkome gast. Ben al in veel hotels geweest (ook 5*) over de hele wereld en nergens zo gastvrij ontvangen als hier. Het hotel is nieuw en mooi ingericht. Kamers ruim. Ontbijtbuffet compleet. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen maar voor gezinnen met kinderen is het ook zeker aan te raden. Veel faciliteiten voor kinderen maar daar hadden wij totaal geen last van. Rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van centrum en strand. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

Wonderful weekend with grandchildren in a wonderful place with friendly people!
Pros:

We were traveling with young grandchildren for whom the outdoor and indoor playgrounds were perfect! We were there overnight and had four meals there (lunch, merienda, dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, the portions were copious and the persons serving the meals were very friendly and very capable! As we were five, we stayed in a large room with two floors, two bedrooms and a fold-out bed. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The view from our room was also marvelous.

Outstanding family hotel!
Pros:

Rooms are well appointed and enormous; service is attentive and efficient and the soundproofed soft play overlooking the excellent restaurant is genius.

Cons:

The sand in the huge outdoor playground makes no sense to us if you’re staying in the hotel.
