Housekeeping-Room was ok but cleaning was not perfect. Fridge was not working. Bathroom was ok ok only.

This hotel was a great find! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and waiters who helped us with a late checkout. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The decor was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the delicious meal
with plenty of options. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it."

Highly recommended place
Pros:

Just a few kms from Kodungalloor, the location was very convenient for us. Overall clean rooms with all promised facilities. Clean toilets, ample parking space and very friendly staff.

Cons:

nothing in our mind now because the stay was overall very good.

Nice if u prefer no room service
Pros:

1. charged us extra for not paying at the site.
2. Room service was not good and served wrong foods. The staff preferred to hit on the door than knocking
