Avoid at all costs! Unsafe, unhygienic, and terrible service.We booked and paid for 5 adults and 1 child, but the experience was a nightmare. Upon arrival, the room only had one double bed and one single extra bed. When we politely requested the proper setup, the staff was incredibly rude. After escalating to customer service, the hotel's "solution" was to squeeze two more extra beds into the same tiny room. There was literally zero floor space left to walk, creating a massive safety for my family. To make matters worse, the room smelled terrible, no toiletries were provided (only soap, after request), and they refused to give us blankets, claiming they had "run out." We were left with only thin bed sheets. Hostile staff, unsafe conditions, and zero basic amenities. Do not stay here!

The should seriously think about the cleanliness especially the sheets, pillows and cleanliness in general.

Housekeeping-Room was ok but cleaning was not perfect. Fridge was not working. Bathroom was ok ok only.
This hotel was a great find! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and waiters who helped us with a late checkout. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The decor was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the delicious meal
with plenty of options. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it."

Just a few kms from Kodungalloor, the location was very convenient for us. Overall clean rooms with all promised facilities. Clean toilets, ample parking space and very friendly staff.
