There were so many facilities….. although we used as a base to explore. Staff were extremely friendly and food was spot on! It was an outstanding stay here!!!!!!
Nothing we didn’t like just a couple of recommendations to have a water top up cooler station on each floor. The rock formation in front of the hotel looked great, why not make that a water feature….. retain the great staff and invest in them as there were many ….. loved their attitudes…… hold on and invest in your good people as good people make business thrive not just succeed so that’s an area I see for development as a positive as you have all the right ingredients. You don’t want good people being snapped up!
Location
On checking in room was not ready waited nearly 3 hrs to be allocated a standard double when I had booked a superior king room. As a party of 4 our other room had no housekeeping on the second day we did say at reception twice but still nothing finally the night porter was kind enough to supply fresh towels.
Location and views are incredible
Friendly staff and great restaurant with lovely views
We stayed in this hotel for one night. It's a real hidden gem. We are now coming for 3 nights. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic. There is complimentary tea, coffee, water and juice all day. Continental breakfast is included in the price of camping and hotel stay. There is space in a large fridge to keep chilled foods and a shared living room to enjoy indoor space. We have loved it here and will definitely be back. Very dog friendly.
There was nothing I didnt like about being here.
Have stayed in Loch Goil for many years this was our first time staying in the actual hotel. It was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, comfortable and the view from our bedroom window unbelievable.
Bit disappointed that there was no where that didn't have football on. I know it's the world cup but we were a part of 9 on a family break with no interest in watching this
The location is beautiful. Our first time staying in the hotel and it was lovely. The only negative was the heat in the bedroom, but they did supply a fan. We stayed in early June.
Location is stunning , facilities great
The hotel rooms are unbearably hot and uncomfortable . No aircon !
Very relaxing
Room too hot
Fabulous location, food in the view was excellent
No fridge in the room at the hotel!
Staff were pleasant but could have been more of them. Location is perfect and shop is great.
Bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable with comfy pillows. Views from room and hotel were amazing. The girl who was in charge of entertainment via bingo and kids stuff was really nice and friendly - kids loved her.
The swimming pool was on a different level from changing rooms and had to take 3 children up and down stairs which felt risky. We had to pay for swimming too which didn’t feel fair as we paid to stay at hotel and our family were in a lodge.
Dinner was nice and breakfast was ok - £3 for a mug of tea was steep price, no toast with breakfast which we missed.
Everything scenery is breath taking staff so kind and friendly Jason Helena were exceptional entertainment good fun food good value for money very tasty 😋
TV didn't work had no signal!!
Been going for 30 years and still as beautiful as the first year. Hotel has changed for the better over the years and we still get an amazing welcome
Charging hotel guests for the pool and towels which was always part of the room price.
Great location, the view from the restaurant was amazing . The food was good and reasonably priced
