Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They managed to squeeze me in for an early check-in and book cabs for my departure as well as recommend modes of travel to the various spots I wanted to visit.
The rooms were relatively spacious and the bathroom was quite large as well.

Cons:

I booked a non-AC room. Unfortunately, the room showed signs of mold of the walls and had a distinct damp smell to it. Was not very pleasant, especially since the pics on the app looked quite immaculate. I guess they were from the air-conditioned rooms, as my friend who stayed in one of those didn't have similar issues.
