Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Das war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Mondholzhotel: sehr nettes Personal in einem neuen Hotel mit besonderen Mondholz-Zimmern. Sehr gerne wieder!

Gut!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Manches ist etwas in die jahre gekommen, es wird aber kontinuierlich erneuert. Gaststube und Wirt sind freundlich und laden zum verweilen ein.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer im renovierten Gebäude. Großes Bad mit toller Dusche.

Die Lage im (kleinen) Ort war als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung gut. Unser Zimmer im älteren Teil des Hotels war ok, wenn auch nicht direkt gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte teilweise etwas unroutiniert und überfordert. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant plus Vinothek waren wir die einzigen Gäste und wurde von einer freundlichen, aber offensichtlich nicht sachkundigen (Vinothek?!) jungen Frau bedient. Im Hotel wurde in einer der Nächte unser Schlaf vom gellenden Feueralarm unterbrochen. Da die Rezeption nachts nicht besetzt ist, waren die aus den Zimmern eilenden Gäste eine Zeitlang sich selbst überlassen und als das Personal erschien, war dieses völlig überfordert und ratlos, bis nach ca. 20 Minuten die Feuerwehr eintraf und die Ursache der Brandmeldung in der Küche lokalisierte. Der Vorfall wurde, was uns ein wenig verwunderte, am nächsten Tag überhaupt nicht thematisiert (Entschuldigung, kleine Entschädigung?)

het was voor de doorreis ,prima, maar de omgeving is erg mooi, vooral het grote park.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid en het personeel dar was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Bij binnen komst was de receptioniste erg druk bezig met een telefonische reservering terwijl ze ook met ons bezig was.

Personal war sehr freundlich, soweit war alles gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, Personal war Aufmerksam. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Aussicht ist nicht schön, da man nur auf einen Parkplatz schauen kann. Am Eingang lagen sehr viele Zigarettenstmmel herum.

Schönes Zimmer, etwas zu teuer
Pros:

- Hotel/Café/Restaurant alles an einem Ort
- Personal ist freundlich und bemüht
- Zimmer sind soweit ok

Cons:

- Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz
- Kleidung im Schrank von den vorherigen Gästen
- Ausblick in den Hinterhof
- zu lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant aufgrund Personalmangels
- Tische im Restaurant stehen viel zu eng aneinander
- beim Check-Out sollte eine Zusatznacht berechnet werden, keine Rückmeldung auf die Mail
