Good solid, no frills accommodation at a great price!
Pros:

Right next to the train station so easy to get to after our late arrival and convenient to meet our bike tour company for our onward journey. Clean and quiet, comfortable bed and good shower. Tea kettle and fridge, good Japanese breakfast included in a very reasonable price. Perfect for our one-night stay. Caring staff made great effort to accommodate us as non-Japanese speakers. We really appreciate the professionalism and kindness!

Cons:

The fan in the room was a bit noisy, but had no trouble sleeping.

ゆっくり休めました。人対応は文句なしです。

無料サービスのお茶やコーヒー、フロントでの対応はとてもよかったです。レストランの方も親切でした。

Cons:

古い建物なのかと思われる、掃除してもこれ以上は無理なのかなという感じがありました。清潔なのですが独特の匂いとか、タオルのゴワゴワ感とか、布団は寝心地よかったです。室内照明が入り口付近にしかなくて枕元のライトは、寝るには明るいので、玄関の明かりをつけて就寝しましたが、トイレ前の電気やスイッチの多さに、確認のためパチパチとしていましたので、わかりにくいとは思いました。
