実施的、特別な可もなく大きな不可のなく
Pros:

一般と共用の大規模なコインランドリーとレストランがあった。
敷地内に九州で一般的なスーパーがあり、食餌が割安になった。
最寄りの市外までバスサービスがあった

Cons:

仕事するにはコンセントが少なかった。
最低3つは必要：スマホ充電用、湯沸かし用、PC用、あったのは二つで、一つ足りなかった。
