Pros:

Ver nice staff. Good breakfast a la carte.

Cons:

This is not a four star hotel. The standard is below typical three star hotel. I know two star hotels superior this. There is no single small bottle if water in the room. You have to buya bottle of water in the reception in the 'four star' hotel. Are you crazy??? The hotel's bathrooms have not been refurbished since the 80ies. I was disgusted using the shower because it was repulsive. The hotel's restaurant only serves breakfasts so THERE IS NO REAL RESTAURANT you can use in the evening. It's a lie.

Hotel s výbornou polohou a milým personálom, ale určite vybavením štandard izby nespľňa 4*.
Pros:

Výborná poloha hotela v centre NZ, výborné raňajky, milý personál.

Cons:

Vybavenie a inventár izby už niečo pamätajú, na tak veľkú izbu malý televízor, v kúpeľni nebol fén na vlasy, žiadne vešiaky na osušky, uteráky, prasknuté umývadlo, zájdená vodovodná batéria, určite nie je hodné 4*. Hotel sme navštívili počas Veľkej noci, v recenziách sme sa dočítali, že hotel má výbornú reštauráciu tak sme počítali s tým, že sa tam navečeriame. Žiaľ, reštaurácia bola po celý pobyt zatvorená a celkovo bol problém sa v meste počas sviatkov najesť.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und habe mich wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder.
