Il fatto che hanno accolto le mie richieste (camera al piano superiore e lontano dalla piscina)
Lo staff, assolutamente eccellente così come i pasti e, per chi fosse interessato, l'intrattenimento e la zona piscina. Camera/suite impeccabile, letti ampi e cpmodi. Sempre facile il parcheggio attorno all'ingresso

Dame koje su radile na recepciju su izuzetno ljubazne. Obroci su bili raznovrsni, pogotovo večere

Cons:

Higijena je zaista upitna. Vrlo često su tanjiri, čaše ili escajg u restoranu bili vidno prljavi. Sobe se ne čiste detaljno. Kreveti i jastuci su jako neudobni.

Animacion Top!
Pros:

El punto de fuerza de este hotel es sin duda la animacion, viajamos mucho durante todo el año y, esta ha sido con diferencia la mejor animación que hemos encontrado en años.
Muchas actividades durante el día y espectáculos muy divertidos por la noche.
Gracias a Matteo, Giovanni, Paolina, Sara y Clara por los días inolvidables que nos han regalado, hasta pronto!

Cons:

La limpieza en general tanto de la habitación como del hotel no está a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

We had fun and weather was great… hotel is not a 4 star definitely needs some work on it’s hosting and hospitality
Pros:

Nice pool areas and spacious apartments water park great fun for the kids

Cons:

The apartments weren’t clean the food was terrible the staff were unfriendly not welcoming the entertainment was shocking was terrible no where to get tea or coffee past 11pm or food some dead vending machines that didn’t work. The hotel is expensive for what it is and definitely is not a 4 star

Bien en famille
Pros:

Bien pour les enfants, chambres avec 2 balcons, la nourriture à disposition toute la journée, depuis notre balcon pas de vis à vie et la vue sur Fuerteventura

Cons:

Canapé en cuir transformé en lit pour 2 personnes au salon vraiment pas confortable et du coup plus de place pour s'asseoir dans la journée, boissons all inclusive très basiques, travaux dans l'appartement en bas juste après le petit déjeuner très désagréables , les animations très bas de gamme...

La colazione, così come tutti i pasti erano squisitamente ottimi molto abbondanti e ben cucinati e specialmente il fritto si sentiva che non è stato usato un olio di qualità scadente inoltre la varietà di menu con molta verdura è il top

Cons:

Migliorerei un po' la pulizia del giorno di arrivo. Difatti il primo giorno i pavimenti lasciavano molto a desiderare il che non fa una buona impressione essendo il promo giorno. Ma solo i pavimenti il resto era ok.

Room was spacious, fridge and kettle in the room, good food, nice hotel for family with kids, nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

For all-inclusive hotel it wasn't any toiletries in the bathroom, kettle in the room but they didn't provide any tea or coffee, crowded restaurant during mealtimes. If you are looking for a quiet stay, consider another place .
