El personal del hl paradise Island fue muy bueno,tanto limpieza,como comedor y recepción.

Cons:

Las instalaciones,se nota que tiene años y que pasa mucha gente por allí. Necesitaría un "lavado de cara" y reforma.

El enclave y el recinto del hotel guay y el personal de recepción, Rocio un encanto!

No es un 4 estrellas ni de coña para un español , comida repetitiva y no muy buena calidad porque está preparado para los extranjeros.
Las habitaciones obsoletas en la mía en el baño entraba frío ya que era marzo y no hizo muy buena tiempo, la TV no funcionaba… está como para reformar la verdad!
Si vuelvo a Lanzarote no creo que vuelva a este hotel , he viajado sola y hubiera necesitado otras comodidades , más de 4 días no estaría!

Las instalaciones bien, pero falta personal que controle ruidos nocturnos y tabaco en piscinas.

Cons:

Me pusieron debajo unos ingleses que les gustaba la música a la noche y tuve que bajar dos días seguidos a decirles que bajarán la música. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que la gente fuma en todos lados incluso en las piscinas y no hay personal que controle que se cumplan las normas.

We family fell unpleased and uncomfortable. Price - too expensive, foods was ok! 4start ? I fell like 2/3star hotel!
