Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación, el personal fue siempre muy cordial.
Nosotros íbamos por una ocasión muy especial y todo fue perfecto, nos dejaron hacer check in antes ya que teníamos tours.
Así que completamente agradecidos de la atención y la hospitalidad del hotel y sus personal.

Perfecto alojamiento para desconectarse en medio de la ciudad.
Pros:

El hotel tiene un entorno muy natural, considerando que se encuentra en la ciudad de Puerto Varas. Me agradó que tengan reconocimientos al compromiso con el medio ambiente. El desayuno es riquísimo, casero, con mucha leche, fruta y repostería casera, detalles en la cerámica de vajilla, objetos utilitarios del hotel denotan una preocupación por los detalles hacia el pasajero. El personal muy amable, incluso nos preparó una taza de té al llegar en la noche, como cortesía.

Cons:

Sería estupendo poder contar con agua caliente y té en las habitaciones.

Lugar muy hermoso, con excelente ubicación. El desayuno estaba muy rico y variado, y todo el personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estadía. La habitación era cómoda y los espacios comunes muy agradables.

También agradecemos mucho que nos prepararan un desayuno para llevar el día en que salimos de madrugada del hotel 🤎

En general, fue una buena experiencia.
