Acogedor y bien ubicado
Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, todos los espacios están bien calefaccionados y limpios. Tiene una linda vista al lago y se puede llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad en 15 min recorriendo la costanera. Ofrece un desayuno poco variado pero rico, además tienen té y café en la recepción durante el día, lo que más destacó es la amabilidad del personal.

Mejoraría el ruido de las puertas y las escaleras de madera crujen mucho

Quarto limpo e confortável. Roupa de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Atendimento cordial em especial o Christian, excelente. Café da manhã bom, mas limitado e pouca variedade. Mesas apertadas. Suco de laranja não era natural. Não tinha opção de bolo, apenas uma opções de tortas doces, muito doce.

Cons:

Mesas apertadas no café da manhã. Ausência de espelho no quarto e de lixeira. Produtos de banho limitados. O ovo no café da manhã era limitado, achei isso bem deselegante. Não tivemos ajuda par subir 3 andares com as malas, foi bem sofrido.

Muy buena la atención general. El desayuno podría ser más "sureño", ya que solo el kuchen era "típico". Creo que para ser un alojamiento de tipo "boutique" hubo ciertos detalles que se podrían mejorar: el jugo del desayuno, el té, el café, o el pan.
Ojo, estos comentarios son porque el alojamiento se describe como boutique simplemente, ya que en general estuvo perfecto.
