Pros:

Me gustó que estaba en el medio de la selva y tenía una vista panorámica muy linda.

Cons:

Un día tuvimos una invasión de monos y tuvimos bastante miedo. Además de que para llegar hay que subir unas escaleras muy largas, para hacer todos los días se vuelve tedioso.
Las camas eran medio duras pero se podía descansar.

Більше ми мюди не приїдемо бо персоналу байдуже до своїх гостей.
Pros:

Ми вдруге і в останнє зупинялись в цьому готелі. Гарні краєвиди, хороше розташування. При заселенні допомагають підняти речі по сходах.

Cons:

При виселенні нам обіцяли допомогти з багажом, ми чекали але ніхто не прийшов. При цьому нам відверто брехали що підійдуть за 5 хвилин але ми чекали 20 і ніхто не прийшов. Тобто перед заселенням вам допоможуть, а коли з вас вже взяли гроші і вам треба виїжджати то не розраховуйте на допомогу. Це дуже сумно. Якість інтернету досить погана.

Nice room with a great pool and the food is very good. The bed is comfortable as well. Due to the hostel there are mostly young people but if that’s your thing, you will like it

Sometimes the water got cut-off and we were not able to flush the toilet or shower.

Pros:

My bad I didn't check the messages, the check in is at the restaraunt on the main drag. I quite enjoyed the stairs and Railay is an epic place.

Pros:

It probably suits younger people.
The staff seemed to communicate well with the much younger people, but didn't engage with us.
We knew it was cheaper accommodation, but expected a bit more.

Cons:

The property was only reached by a large amount of steep steps, very hard to carry luggage up.
The shower was basically on top of the toilet.

The stairs to the top are a little problem compared to the rat we saw in the room. We have been there twice with 2 years apart and both times we did not have food in the room but there were rats
