Pros:

Staff very nice; Clean facility. Owner was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

They had concert in an adjoining facility that ran from 11:00pm-4:00am. Very small rooms; Have to carry luggage up a couple flights of steps.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable and everyone was lovely.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable bed and nice people that owned it

Cons:

Very hard to get up and down stairs with bags as the banisters were very wobbly

El hotel tiene una exelente ubicacion, y pedrito el dueño es fantastico es super fanatico de Led Zeppelin, es una exelente persona amante del rock lasico y de rock psicodelio, inluso tiene un pub en el mismo hotel donde se presentan grupos de rock, es una fantastia eleccion.

Buena onda y gran atención!
Pros:

Muy buenos anfitriones y cálido ambiente! Hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estadía fuera comoda y agradable. El lugar esta super bien, buena ambientación y cómoda pieza.

Great hotel with great staff close to everything
Pros:

I stayed at the Yellow Submarine for a night between Santiago and Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom even had a bidet (didn’t get to use it though). Staff was a highlight; they were extremely kind and accommodating even when I overslept well past checkout. Good location close to the coast and the city center but on a quiet street. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Punta Arenas.

Pros:

Perfect location, A block from the sea and very close to the city center on a quiet avenue... An unconventional and very Old Style establishment for those who prefer an unpolished, family atmosphere to an overly formatted hotel! Very friendly owner, who even agreed to keep my suitcase for a month while I traveled around Patagonia! I'd recommend it.

comfortable bed, quiet area and very friendly hosts. The pub of the hostel is a place to experiment in itself. A museum of 60’s and 70’s rock!

Nice hotel in a perfect location and with a great owner
Pros:

We had an apartment which had a good size and was spotless clean. It had a fridge, a microwave and a water cooker in it. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, he is friendly and very helpful. There are only a few parking spaces but we had never a problem to get one. Breakfast was very nice. We also loved the location, it is only a short walk to the Plaza del Armas.
