Great hotel in a stunning location with fantastic staff who looked after us superbly
Pros:

Lovely location and fantastic staff. Sam and Lisa looked after us very well organising trips and suggesting restaurants. Fabulous location in Stellenbosch.

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Ausblick. Scheint sauber und gepflegt.
Das Personal ist Serviceorientiert

Cons:

Wir sind nicht in das Zimmer eingezogen, weil wir mit dem Raum nicht zufrieden waren. Es war kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei. Der Hotelier war zuvorkommend und wir konnten stornieren. Unbedingt eine bessere Zimmerkategorie wählen.

Wonderful!
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is good with fantastic views. Food (breakfast) offered a good variety and the one time we had dinner, it was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly. With a big shout out to Sam, Calvin, Emanuel and Happy, who assisted us in every request.
Thoroughly recommend staying here if you are planning in staying in Stellenbosch.

Nice venue. Indifferent staff. I think they are lacking in training and attention to detail.
Cons:

Room service was slow. Had to go and check on my pizza order twice. Arrived cold without a tray or cutlery or condiments.
