Great family-run hotel, that made our stay in Tbilisi very comfortable
Pros:

The staff is great, addressing any issue that we had, bringing a baby cot from another location or even letting us to decide which food our kids want to see at the breakfast. The room are simple, but had everything we need.

Cons:

The way to get to the hotel is very steep, and required some exercise with a stroller, but we made it work. Also taxis in tbilisi are very affordable which have solved the problem most of the times.

Великолепно!!! Превзошёл все наши ожидания!!! Луиза и её семья очень гостеприимные и добрые люди! Создают уют с любовью! Всё очень по домашнему. Тихий район. При этом всё в шаговой доступности. Завтраки вкусные и сытные. В номерах всё как на фото и даже лучше. Чистота идеальная! Обязательно вернемся ещё!!! Спасибо большое!!!

Очень домашняя обстановка и заботливая хозяйка гостиницы. Буквально будто приехали в гости, а не в гостиницу.
Достаточно сытный завтрак из свежих продуктов. В двух шагах - супермаркет и магазины.

Bon accueil, chambre impeccable, petit dej géorgien copieux à souhait et changeant. Une bonne adresse

Attention, la rue qui part du centre ville pour venir à l’hôtel est extrêmement pentue et durant longtemps. bien sûr l’hôtel n’est pas responsable de la configuration des rues, c’est juste une prévention. Et puisque des sexagénaires y arrivent, alors…

3-й раз из 5 пребываний в Тбилиси останавливаемся здесь. Доброжелательные хозяева. Всегда помогут с парковкой у отеля (с местами сложно). Просторно, свежо.

Cons:

Последние разы прохладный завтрак. Выбор есть, но раньше яичницу готовили под заказ на месте...

Отличный вариант для семьи с двумя детьми
Pros:

Доброжелательные хозяева отеля. Лейла очень приятная, отзывчивая женщина на ресепшене.
На завтрак есть всё, чтобы вкусно покушать.
Номера соответствуют своей ценовой политике, учитывая месторасположение и уют номеров.

Cons:

В одной комнате душно, так не открываются окна, а прохлада от кондиционера не заходит.
Есть два вентилятора.
Кондиционер только на входе.
Мы были в семейном номеров, 5.
Спальни просторные, уютные. Есть коридор и два балкона.
