A confirmed booking doesn't guarantee that this hotel will accommodate you.
Cons:

Once you have the confirmed booking, it does not guarantee that you will stay at this property. An hour before arriving, I received the following message from the hotel.

"hello, i am so sorry but i couldn't host you at the time . i was trying to close the dates and you already booked it . please cancel the reservation. i hope you find other place"

I don't trust the hotel because I received this message 12 hours after my booking was confirmed.

Pros:

Perfect place, very clean, very convenient location, lots of stores nearby. Hosts are very nice and accomodating. Everything is fantastic
