Очень уютный отель в центре города. Семья, которая содержит отель очень доброжелательная. В апартаментах хороший качественный ремонт номеров. Есть возможность в любое время суток приготовить чай, кофе. Уютная небольшая кухня позволяет приготовить еду. Рядом метро и остановки общественного транспорта.

Pros:

Уютный семейный отель в историческом районе города в пешей доступности от метро Авлабари. Владелец заранее связался по вотсаппу чтобы подсказать дорогу и был на связи по всем вопросам. Номера компактные, но очень чистые и есть всё необходимое - есть общая кухня с бытовой техникой, можно постирать вещи и перекусить.

Très bonne adresse, bien située
Pros:

L'ambiance familiale que partage le gérant et sa mère avec les voyageurs.
La proximité du centre et de la station de métro ainsi que les restaurants et épiceries.
Le calme car l'hébergement est située dans une cour intérieure, les fenêtres coté rue sont en doubles, donc on entend rien.
Le balcon avec chaises et table même s'il n'y a que très peu de places.
Une toute petite cuisine pour un minimum si on veut rester tranquille le soir.

A tip for first-time arrivals: finding the entrance can be a little tricky — there’s a barrier and a bus lane where you can’t stop. The simple solution is to contact the hosts beforehand — they will come and meet you at the barrier and guide you in. Once you’re there, the welcome is warm and the family is genuinely kind and helpful. The room is clean with all the amenities you need, and the balcony is a real bonus — a perfect spot to wind down with a glass of wine after a day in the city. Would recommend.

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha aspettato sino al nostro arrivo la sera tardi fornendoci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno

Purtroppo non avendo Internet per mettermi in contatto col proprietario al mio arrivo ho dovuto lasciare l auto sul marciapiede per poter andare a chiamarlo a casa perché al mio arrivo ho trovato la sbarra del cancello abbassata

Безукоризненно. Хорошие матрасы, санузел. Чистый, новый небольшой номер с узким балкончиком. На кухоньке есть всё необходимое - посуда, бокалы, чай и кофе. Ничего не нужно просить у хозяев - стиральная машина, фены - в общем доступе. Шикарный общий балкон с креслами, где можно курить ( особенно актуально для номеров без балкона). Старый город в пешей доступности. За эту цену - всё прекрасно.
