Pros:

Отличное расположение. Рядом и метро, и сквер, и самый центр города. Удобная кровать, номер очень чистый. На этаже есть кухня со всем необходимым и стиралка. Закрытый двор с парковкой - это супер.

Pros:

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, gutes Bad, schöner kleiner Balkon, beste Matratze bisher in Georgien, etwas klein das Zimmer.
Die Gastgeber sehr nett, wunderbar in einem 200 Jahre alten Haus mit entsprechenden schönen und ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche und Waschmaschine die man benutzen kann. Dazu Wasserkocher für Tee und Cafe im Gang für alle Gäste, dazu Balkon mit guter Sitzgelegenheit. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Een verborgen schat in Avlabar
Pros:

Het hotels ligt op de tweede verdieping van een heel groot, oud en deels slecht onderhouden gebouw. Maar achter deze gevel bevindt zich een grote verrassing: een smaakvol opgeknapt hotelletje op twee hoog. Mijn kamer was als nieuw, de badkamer heel mooi, balkonnetje. Dat grote gebouw ligt aan een heel drukke straat. Maar family hotel avlabar ligt aan de achterkant aan een binnenplaats en ik hoorde niets van die weg. De manager was erg aardig en heeft me goed de weg gewezen, het was niet heel makkelijk te vinden. Het hele gebouw is namelijk nummer 25. En zij zitten dus ook nog aan de achterkant met toch datzelfde nummer. Er is een kleine gezamelijke keuken in het hotel, je kunt koffie en thee zetten er is een koelkast op de kamer, desgewenst goede verwarming, nieuwe airco enz. Kortom er was niets dat ik miste.

Cons:

Ik zou het niet weten. Een bedlampje misschien of een dimmer op het grote licht. Alles is pico bello en smaakvol in mijn ogen.

Очень гостеприимный хозяин и комфортные условия в центре Тбилиси! В номере все есть для комфортного отдыха после прогулок по прекрасному городу. Очень большой плюс своя парковка в гостинице. Обязательно вернемся и всем рекомендуем! Спасибо огромное!

Fantastic place -- incredible value for money, great location, and the most hospitable family!
Pros:

Amazing place. Rooms are above the host family's flat. Kakha and his lovely family do everything to make you feel as welcome as possible. He even told me I could hang out on the balcony/in the communal area after checkout and drink the free coffee for as long as I wanted. Plus, it's in a residential community, courtyard area where everyone knows each other, families with kids are in the park/playground areas and quite happy to engage foreign visitors (which is not always that easy in Georgia)!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.
