For a 2-star hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Fernandes, who was incredibly kind and helpful. As I arrived after the reception had already closed for the afternoon, he personally made sure I received my room keys without any hassle.
He immediately took the time to explain the surrounding area, recommending places to shop and showing me the quickest way to reach the city centre, which is only about a 5-minute walk away. The lake beach is also within easy walking distance (around 2 km).
I was also very pleased to be able to park my car in the property's private parking area, conveniently located right in front of the building.
Mr. Fernandes' hospitality and genuine kindness made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Thank you!

Cons:

The room was a little warm during my stay in the middle of August. I think it would help if the shutters were kept closed before guests arrive, as this would prevent the room from heating up so much during the day.
That said, there was a standing fan in the room, which I left on overnight and which made the temperature much more comfortable.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small private terrace overlooking the main avenue, which was a lovely bonus.

Pros:

La cama cómoda, tamaño de la habitación bien, ubicación buena. Estaba limpio. Parking gratuito.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado aunque ya lo sabíamos antes de ir. Tenía un ventilador que pudo aliviar el calor.

Bien localisé (proche de la gare et du lac),bien accueilli (énorme point fort) idéal pour une nuit.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.
Terrasse avec vue sur la gare et les montagnes.
Possibilité de commander le petit déjeuner pour le matin: petit déjeuner français, simple mais suffisant.
Parking sur place pour 6 véhicules et stationnement gratuit dans la rue

Cons:

Pas de climatisation: mais un ventilateur était à disposition.
Manque de prises de courant (seulement 2), il n’y en a pas au niveau des lit donc pas vraiment pratique quand on est plusieurs à devoir brancher son chargeur de téléphone.
Propreté de la salle de bain passable.

Pros:

Everything ...but the parking as it was not close by and did cost 10 euros.
The staff were efficient and very nice. A lovely touch was the voucher for a coffee and pastry at the cute little cafe across the road.
The town was very nice with s ok me great restaurants.

Cons:

Just the lack of parking at the location.
