Cheguei lá, descobri que o hotel estava em reforma e que iria ficar em um lugar muito ruim e que não tinha nada a ver com o que está sendo divulgado aqui. Não havia sido informada sobre isso até chegar ao local. Se tivesse sido informada antes, teria desistido da reserva. A responsável pela reserva aceitou meu cancelamento sem me cobrar a taxa, mas tive que me virar, com várias malas, para achar outro hotel que não fosse um absurdo de caro ali no dia.

Easy check in and friendly staff that was really helpful. We checked in very late and booked the accommodation just a few minutes before and they were ready to help us immediately. The value for what you get is 10 out of 10.

Heel veel lawaai, alsof je op straat sliep. Airco zat ontzettend veel ijs in wat er constant uit viel. Badkamer was niet echt schoon douche was vreselijk. Ramen enkel glas veel lawaai alsof je buiten stond. Heel erg gehorig allemaal.

La habitación estaba al lado de la cafetería por lo que se oía a la gente hablar como si estuvieran contigo en la habitación, se escuchaban muchísimo los coches de la calle y luego había un pitido de la nevera continuo por lo que me fue imposible dormir

Location near to airport (short drive). Rooms air conditioned. Walking distance to park, museum and restaurants. Breakfast provided free with stay. Restaurant on site. Free WiFi.
No free shuttle to airport. No elevator and only two rooms are located on the ground floor. All other rooms are on the other two floors, accessible only by stairs. February 2026 stay we had no help to get suitcases up stairs. March 2026 stay we did have assistance from staff to carry luggage up and down stairs. Several guests in our party had mobility issues and this hotel was not accessible. In evenings traffic is very loud and heavy on streets next to hotel. Earplugs are a must.

La posizione dell Hotel è super centrica, si trova a lato della Cattredrale della città. Le stanze sono confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata. Il personale è una grande famiglia, ti fanno sentire come a casa e sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. A me nello specifico hanno dato un enorme supporto, dopo che la compagnia aerea ha smarrito il mio bagaglio. Inoltre al piano terra è presente un piccolo ristorante aperto tutto il giorno, dove potrete consumare la vostra colazione per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Cibo ottimo.
