Sehr schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Verwechslungsgefahr der gleichen Bademäntel und der Zimmerkarten, Markierung wäre gut.
Zwei Bademäntel mit Zimmerkarten wurden tatsächlich verwechselt.

Amazing hotel - one of the best I have stayed at
Pros:

Everything in the hotel was more than perfect and with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view - like a postcard. The rooms were cleaned impeccably each day. The food in the restaurant was of premium quality and there were plenty of choices. The highlight for us was the spa area - the pool was warm and pleasant and there were many options for sauna and steam bath, treatments. All staff treated us like family. This is a unique hotel which I recommend to couples as well as families. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Einmal geht das schon
Pros:

Wunderbarer schöner SPA Bereich. Freundlicher Empfang und freundlicher Service.
HP war gut hat aber Luft nach oben.
Sehr guter Kaffee der in Erinnerung bleibt.

Cons:

Wir sind extra ein paar Tage von Zuhause weg gefahren um der Baustelle zu Hause zu entfliehen.
Leider hatten wir im Hotel direkt vorm Balkon eine noch größere und lautere Baustelle.
Hier wäre es fair und anständig bei der Buchung darauf
hinzuweisen.
Beim Check out hat das an der Rezeption keinen interessiert.

Pros:

Die Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet ist absolut ausreichen,wenn auch im Bereich der Vielfalt bei dem Preis noch Luft nach oben ist. Kuchen und Suppe mittags ist absolute Spitze.Der Spabereich ist einfach schön und angenehm,immer frische Handtücher ist gelebter Luxus,ebenso die gepackte Badetasche auf dem Zimmer.Das Personal am Frühstück und an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Die Dusche im Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber.Die Kissen im Bett dürften von vornherein etwas besser sein(man kann aber bestellen)Im Service am Abend ist das Personal leider nicht ganz so Aufmerksam wie am morgen beim Frühstück.Schön wäre wenn am morgen Sauna oder Dampfbad schon in Betrieb wäre.Ein deutlicher,beleuchteter Hinweis für den Schalter am Außenpool zum öffnen des Rolladen wäre schön gewesen(wenn man den schon um 19.40 Uhr schon zumacht während Leute in der Sauna sind)War echt schade.

Dass booking.com fast teurer war wie eine Buchung direkt im Hotel. Bei der nächsten Hotelbuchung werde ich direkt beim Hotel buchen. Schade
