น้องๆ พนักงานน่ารักมากครับ บริการดีมากครับ พื้นที่ส่วนกลางโรงแรมสะอาด และ สวยงาม

เสียงรถดังมากๆ อาจจะโชคไม่ดีเองที่ได้ห้องริมถนน ซึ่งทางโรงแรมคงทราบปัญหาดีอยู่แล้ว และขอชื่นชมในความพยายามแก้ไขปัญหา จึงได้เตรียมที่อุดหูวางไว้บริการในห้องเลยครับ แต่ต้องบอกตามตรงว่าแทบไม่ช่วยอะไรเลยครับ (มีรูปแนบ) สุดท้ายต้องยอมเช็คเอาท์ออกตั้งแต่ 4 ทุ่ม เพราะมีธุระเช้า นอนไม่ไหวจริงๆครับ อยากแนะนำทางโรงแรมให้เปลี่ยนหน้าต่างบานเลื่อนเป็นแบบเก็บเสียงครับ

คีการ์ดเข้าห้องมีปัญหา บางครั้ง ย้ำว่าบางครั้ง จริงๆจะง่ายมาก แค่หยิบการ์ดสำรองมาให้ลูกค้า จบเลย แต่ผจก.เลือกให้พนง.ขึ้นลิฟไปทดลอง แล้วลงมาแจ้งลค.ว่า ลอง3 คร้้งแล้วใช้ได้ปกติ ส่วนตัวรู้สึกเหมือน ไม่ค่อยให้เกียรติลูกค้าเท่าไหร่ เหมือนลูกค้าโกหก มาย้อนดูรีวิว ก็เห็นว่าเคยมีคนเจอปัญหาเดียวกัน

ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่น และ ไฟในห้องค่อนข้างน้อย
