Brak dojazdu do hotelu i informacji od personelu na ten temat. Jesli sie jest samochodem nie polecam.

Przyzwoity hotel w centrum miasta, którego lepiej jednak omijać w upalne dni.
Pros:

Przestronny pokój, duża przestronna łazienka po remoncie z dużą kabiną prysznicową walk-in. Czysta zadbana pościel. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z dużym wyborem.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji czy jakiejkolwiek wentylacji, co przy 40 stopniach za oknem sprawiało że powietrze w pokoju było nie do wytrzymania. Pokój można by wyposażyć chociaż w jakiś wentylator - koszt niewielki, a robiłoby ogromną różnicę. Na to samo skarżyli się zresztą wszyscy goście hotelowi rano w restauracji po źle przespanej z tego powodu nocy. Naprawdę - w imieniu Państwa przyszłych gości hotelowych - proszę poważnie rozważyć wyposażenie pokoi hotelowych w jakiś nawiew, klimatyzację. Drugi minus to remont drogi dojazdowej o którym dowiedziałam się... z Google Maps jadąc już do hotelu. Nie dostałam żadnej wiadomości, że dojazd i parkowanie przy hotelu będzie NIEMOŻLIWE. Musieliśmy parkować bardzo daleko od hotelu (szliśmy prawie 15 minut z wszystkimi bagażami) i płaciliśmy za parkowanie od godziny 8 do 17...

Będzie bardzo dobre miejsce do powrotu jak tylko skończą przebudowę ulicy.

A convenient location, good breakfast, helpful staff, and spacious room and en suite bathroom.
Pros:

Good location, right under Bielsko old town and near the main square, with bus stops close by as well as food and drink options. The Business Single Room is spacious and well laid out, and the bathroom is great - perfect walk-in shower. The staff prepared what they called a 'lunch box' for my very early Sunday morning departure - it was HUGE, it had practically everything from the breakfast selection, and more quantity than I ate when physically there for breakfast. They had said it would be ready at 7am and to call for them to bring it to me at reception, and they were spot-on reliable with that. Excellent service, many thanks to the ladies who made it happen.

Cons:

The mattress was not comfortable at all, pushing up on one side. Unfortunately, there was major construction work taking place right on the road from which you access the hotel, also making it difficult to access. More communication on this would have helped set expectations. When construction finishes, there should be no problems.

Lokalizacja dobra bo blisko do centrum miasta i zabytkow.

Cons:

Brak windy i musiałem wciagać walizkę na 2 pietro gdzie pietra sa wysokie. Byłem 19/20 czerwca i problem z dojsciem do hotelu. Hotel powinien otworzyć wyjście na druga stronę budynku. Słabe śniadania, ekspres do kawy slaby nie mozna zrobić np. capuccino. Parowki lezaly w wodzie zeby nie wystygły ale to spowodowało ze były rozmoczone. Herbata nie mogla sie dobrze zaparzyc gdyz woda w samowarze miała za niską temperature.
