À cause du personnel, établissement sans âme, c’est bien dommage
Pros:

Sa géolocalisation proche de nos centres d’intérêt, très bien desservi par les axes routier, endroit, calme pour cette saison

Cons:

L’amabilité du personnel, que ce soit la réceptionniste qui, dès notre arrivée est aimable comme une porte de prison aux personnels en salle qui vous sert dans l’impression qu’on les dérange à la femme de chambre qui vous fait des crasses chaque jour en faisant le ménage à mon avis il y a un gros problème au sein de cette équipe, le patron de cet établissement devrait mettre le nez là-dedans ou augmenter leur salaire je sais pas quoi qu’il en soit c’est bien dommage car c’est un bel établissement mais l’équipe n’est tout simplement pas à la hauteur je leur conseille de changer de métier s’ils ont pas envie de faire cela parce qu’on a pas à subir leur antipathie

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación, llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que la central estaba apagada, que abriese la ventana en pleno Mayo, dormidos muy acalorados y no nos solucionaron nada.

Volveré a repetir pero espero algo más de atención por parte de la recepción y el personal

Las intalaciones, la variedad de servicios, ubicación, desayuno, entorno

Cons:

No funcionaban bien los ascensores y había uno averiado. En recepción no te explican con claridad como ubicarte, ni te detallan datos de horarios, servicios, etc. Lo que sí me gustó mucho es la cortesía de ofrecerme una habitación mejorada.

Cons:

Claramente es un hotel para ir solo con buen tiempo. Ha estado lloviendo durante la estancia y no está preparado para ello, había agua en pasillos... y un frío en la habitación e instalaciones que no merece pasarlo con lo que se paga.
