Pros:

Would highly highly recommend this hotel. They took great care of us during the UTMB race, even offering that we could shower afterwards despite already checking out! The breakfast was also great and offered early enough for us to eat before our race. Not to mention the beautiful balcony and comfy beds!

Notre séjour de deux nuits était parfait.
Pros:

La chambre était fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. De la terrasse, la vue sur la montagne était magnifique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très complet. Nous avons été très bien conseillés par Yves pour une journée de randonnée fantastique jusqu'au somment de la plaine morte. Notre séjour de deux nuits était parfait.

Hübsches Hotel, gute Lage. Sehr freundlichen Empfang. Nettes Personal.
Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer.
Frühstück sehr fein.

Cons:

Zimmer eher klein. Ebenso war ein starker Parfüm Geruch im Zimmer. Hat uns etwas gestört.

A great place to stay in Crans Montana. Close to everything.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located and within a walking distance (10 minutes or so) to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was really great with variety of bread, cheeses, jams, etc..
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
