Horrible experiencia
Pros:

la cercania ala playa

Cons:

El ambiente hostil ala hora de check in
ruido a altas horas de la noche
TV sin senal
Minisplit sin bateria el control
muchísimos reglamentos con la estancia
instalaciones bajo construccion
Jamas volveria a hospedarme en ese hotel.

La propiedad está bien está amplio los cuartos y limpios el problema no fue ese

#1 llegué lunes 6 pm y no había agua caliente
#2 traen una construcción y no dejan dormir después de las 8am
#3 me sacaron de la alberca junto con mi familia que estaba cerrada y no tenía ni un solo letrero q estaba cerrada ni nada
#4 quería salir de la propiedad y el camino está bloqueado por si construcción q tienen
#5 la aplicación de booking decía $3,400 y llegando me cobraron 4 mil pesos
#6 el personal ni los buenos días te dan ni las buenas tardes te ven como enojados
#7 sabían q somos tres y nomás dejaban dos toallas en el baño tal ves para pedir propina cada q les pedía otra
#8 me mandaron ala piscina de abajo las luces apagadas
Tuve q decirles yo me prenden la luz por favor

Lo único q me gustó de la propiedad los cuartos amplios
Pero fui a relajarme a dormir Agusto
Pero está peor ir hay no dejan desc con la construcción que tienen deberían cerrar una área y rentar donde no molesten al cliente

Relaxing and super fun experience!!!
Pros:

This property was AMAZING!! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were excellent and just minutes away from the beach. Definitely a return in the future plans!!

Alberca y Bufete cerca de la Playa
Pros:

Tiene un área de acceso para llegar en carro y en su caso bajar a personas de edad (adultos mayores con andador o silla de ruedas) o inclusive a personas con una discapacidad temporal o permanente, en su caso deberías cerciorarte de que tengan disponibilidad en el piso bajo, el acceso hacia la alberca también está apoyado por escaleras y pasamanos y cuentan con un Área de Chapoteadero para los más Peques, el bufete en el restaurante es variado y muy rico, amén de que te preparan a tu gusto algunos alimentos como los huevitos...

Las amplias terrazas contiguas del área de alberca se prestan para una buena charla o juegos de mesa en familia.

Cuentan con un muy amplio estacionamiento y por si fuera poco, también tienen salon de eventos por si lo requirieras.

El wifi funciona muy bien en las áreas del hotel.

Sin embargo, creó que lo mas gratificante de todo es el trato de todos y cada uno de los que integran el Servicio de Atención del Grupo Tres Soles.

Cons:

Bueno, cuando llegué a la recepción había mucha gente registrándose y ese dia estaba bastante abarrotado el Area de Alberca, però eso significa que hay oportunidad para que muchos de los viajeros lo visiten, yo solo hubiera querido un poco menos de gente, sin embargo eso es otra historia, ka verdad muy recomendado. saludos
