コスパ、ロケーション良し
Pros:

数度目の滞在　良い点はロケーション　ホテルの1回には中華レストラン。そとに出れば換金所、薬局、文房具ショップ、タイマッサージ、バー、スーパーなど何でもある。
夜は賑やかな地帯であるが、部屋は静かで問題なし。
部屋は綺麗。コスパ重視。今のところBooking.com経由の予約だと朝飯なし。

Cons:

特に不満なし。でも領収書（EFD)は、催促しないともらえない。

My stay wasn’t good, woke up in the middle of the night with cockroach on my face, staff are so loud

I have been staying at this place each time I am in Dar es Salaam and have never been disappointed.
Pros:

Great location close to places of entertainment and restaurants all within walking distance. Great location if one doesn't have transport of their own or just chooses not to drive.
