Close to Indian Expo Mart , Front desk need to improve the carefulness.
Pros:

Location is very closed to Expo India Mart , water pressure is good. Room service and house keeping are also nice.

Cons:

Poor bed. In term of airport transfer I was charged at 500 rupee for huge luggage while my luggage's weight is the regular weight which was not make any senses ,parking fee also i paid for it. My flight landed at 16:05 hrs - i got the message as driver will wait for me at 15:00 hrs which made me quite worry and point them what time they should be ready to pick me up. They keep calling me upon airport pick up - they should know that guest must was in the immegration process. Billing process at front desk was very slow. We need to remind them everything that we asked for. Junior Suite with balcony which no any balcony provided. You might question me "why dont you ask them to change the room once you were there"? we thought we were fine since the last night stay I was asking for the extra charge that made me change my mind to give them some comments and need thier improve.
