Calidad y tranquilidad
Pros:

El desayuno sumamente variado y muy rico, el personal muy amable y con gran profesionalismo. Las instalaciones de alta calidad y con diversos servicios, el sauna, spa y gimnasio fueron excelentes complementos para mi estadía.

Cons:

Se puede mejorar la limpieza en regadera y de la alberca. La ubicación no fue la mejor si se busca hacer turismo, pero sin duda es un hotel de calidad 4-5 estrellas, yo asistí para una fiesta familiar y fue increible!

*Ashi from guest Relations* was so courteous and helpful. She has outstanding soft skills. One of the best experience how she assisted us. It was pleasant stay
