Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Ausgesprochen schönes Hotel, rundherum. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten, ein getrenntes WC im Zimmer. Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit super Auswahl, sehr gutem Kaffee. Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Für uns perfekte Lage in der Nähe zum Hafen und Promenade. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus war voll. Wir konnten aber in dem sehr schönen, modernen Graf Zeppelin Parkhaus für einen ähnlichen Aufpreis parken. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Der kleine, ruhige Innenhof ist schön eingewachsen und lässt nicht vermuten, dass man mitten in der Stadt ist. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier einchecken 😃

A pleasant hotel , but needs to resolve its parking issue
Pros:

The breakfast was very good , the hotel is modern and stylish

Cons:

Very disappointed with the parking situation.
I expected that, after booking two rooms and paying a fairly high price, and after a five-hour drive , the reception staff would be more helpful and find a solution for parking our car, without sending us elsewhere.

Ein gutes Hotel in bester Lage mit wunderbarem Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war unübertroffen gut. Man kann sich z.B. Tee aus einer großen Auswahl frischer Kräuter zubereiten.

Cons:

Das Kissen war viel zu weich. Ich habe dann nach der ersten Nacht ein neues erhalten, das nur wenig besser war. Es wurden zwar tolle Duft-Kräuter-Kissen angeboten, aber was hätte mir das geholfen, wenn der Nacken sich nicht ausruhen konnte und am nächsten Morgen steif war? Das Bett an sich war zwar sehr groß, aber auch nicht wirklich bequem. Mir hat ein Balkon sehr gefehlt, aber darauf hätte ich bei der Buchung selbst mehr achten müssen.

Die Sky Bar und natürlich das hervorragende Personal das dieses Hotel zum Erlebnis macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden es natürlich weiterempfehlen.
