Location is pretty nice. Room was clean. Staff behaviour.

Cons:

Room Size. it should be more for the price. Breakfast can be more elaborate. more items can be added to the menu.

Luxurious stay
Pros:

Everything was to a high standard. Great restaurant and bar. Very comfortable room. Welcome drink. Excellent toiletries and housekeeping.

Budget hotel with excellent complimentary breakfast
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Indian or continental and plenty of it. The man in charge of the restaurant at breakfast time was an amazing character. Really helpful and friendly with excellent English and wonderful customer skills.

Cons:

Sometimes we didn’t get toilet roll and water on the room change i.e. after cleaning. The telly didn’t work.

Good option for staying and value for money
Pros:

The property is at a driving distance from city centre. It has a good restaurant and a coffee shop. Cleanliness is maintained.

Cons:

The washrooms can be good by servicing the taps and showers and replacing broken handles and doors.

Quiet & safe stay for a family.
Pros:

Good place to stay safely, quiet & friendly staff. Restaurant is small but good ambience. Nice locality.

Cons:

Car parking is little away from hotel, few bathroom accessories were not fitted properly.

Superb
Pros:

The service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They even went to the trouble of making breakfast to suit.
There was a choice of 2 places to eat on-site.
Showers were hot. We travel a lot and found everything that we would want at this accommodation.
