A lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. Location was excellent - a short walk to the main square and to the station. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was clean and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Glad there was parking as we were there when the chocolate festival was on and Wernigerode was extremely busy with a lovely atmosphere.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip geeignet.
Pros:

Pros:

Die Zentrale Lage war sehr schön.

Cons:

Es hätte eine Zweite Sitzgelegenheit im
Zimmer vorhanden sein müssen.

Good place to stay. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location with parking. Staff was really nice. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was acceptable. Really appreciated that it was only a short walk to old-town to visit all the shops. But also easy to drive to other attractions with peace of mind that we will have a parking spot on our return.

Cons:

Furniture arrangement could be better. For example, TV was not viewable from bed. A small table with chairs would serve better than the small, spindly coffee table and sofa. Shower is starting to get a bit moldy in the corners. Just needs a little more attention to detail. But regardless of all that, the beds were good and we had a good night sleep.
