Il soffitto del bagno perdeva calcinacci, l'abbiamo segnalato alla reception che ci hanno risposto letteralmente " e da me che vuoi" uscito dal locale davanti a mia moglie hanno urlato " che cazzo ci devo fare se il soffitto si scrosta"...le serrande non si chiudevano correttamente, il water ballava
a colazione la macchina del pane rischiava una scottatura per recuperare il pane...e per ottenere un uovo bollito ho aspettato 35 minuti. Nessuna proposta senza lattosio

Al checkout ho avuto il dubbio che fosse stato effettuato visto che non hanno neanche ringraziato o salutato, hanno preso la tessera con totale disinteresse. Una vera autentica esperienza ligure a 130€ a mai più.

L'accueil, pas de tele en francais ,le store ne fonctionnait pas malgré l'avoir signalé à notre arrivé pas de changement nous ne pouvions pas avoir d'intimité arriver le soir , endroit très vétuste
Le personnel ne parle pas français
L'électricité marche avec la carte pour entrer dans la chambre et ce coupe quand nous sortons donc pas de climatisation !
Pour le parking nous devons demander le bip pour sortir et le ramener dessuite
Enfin hotel nul !!!

我在该酒店遗留了一个钱包，里面有700欧元.$300.，和300人民币，一个美国朋友的照片，还有一个中国银行银联卡和一张中国广西的社保卡。我离店后，到了另一个地方才发现，写信告诉他们，让他们寄到中国，地址也给了，可以在里面拿现金扣涂作为邮费，但是他们没做。怎么有好评呢？
