Loved it !
Pros:

Beautiful resort , very friendly staff . Special compliments to the restaurant staff who looked after us . Food at the main restaurants is really good . They also serve shisha both at the restaurant and the pool side.
The location is breathtaking, clean rooms and really nice swimming pool .

Great end to our vacation
Pros:

Facility is very nice and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we didn't have to go out of the hotel as there are lots of kids and adults activities and pool is well maintained. It was a great end to our vacation before going back home.

Cons:

Indoor areas can be improved to be an option when it is too hot outside. Also breakfast options are limited to lebanese cuisine only while kids might expect some other items such as pancake and waffles.

All in all it was ok
Pros:

I liked the sauna in our room, really interesting and you dont get that anywhere, other than finland maybe!

Cons:

The food was not that good, the whole hotel needs renovation especially the restaurant, its 20 years old with nothing done to renovate it. Its a shame because its a really nice resort

Scammed, and hostile treatment and close to loosing flight
Pros:

Nature around and mini zoo inside the property also the staff of the restaurante were very nice but we arrived the occupancy rate was very low, so we believe that the good things we noticed had to do with the lack of people at the property,

Cons:

We had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were promised a special rate by reception, but ended up paying double what we would have on Booking. We arranged a taxi to Beirut, which was an uncomfortable small car, and the driver insisted on handling our airport transfer too.

Our room had an AC issue that was fixed, but the Jacuzzi had no hot water, and we had to use the kettle to warm it up. The bathrobes were old and worn.

When I wanted to extend our stay, two rooms were available on Booking, but reception claimed they weren’t and removed them from the system while I was trying to book.

I also had a laundry issue—an expensive white shirt came back damaged and blue. Finally, the airport transfer included in my reservation was denied, and when I raised this with the manager, he was aggressive and confrontational. Despite contacting them multiple times, there has been no resolution.

At the end of my stay, I hired the transfer, but things got worse. I received a wake-up call I didn’t request, had no breakfast box, and only received a $30 discount for the damaged shirt. Again, I was told the transfer wasn’t covered by the hotel. After paying my bill at check-out, the driver refused to take me to the airport unless I paid immediately, despite having used him before and always paying after the service.

Suddenly, three staff surrounded me, insisting I pay or I wouldn't be taken to the airport. I had to defend myself, threaten to call the police, and warn them they’d cover missed flights. Eventually, I was taken to the airport, arriving 20 minutes late due to the delay.

The variety of activities for both children and adults..we had a lot of fun as a family. Also the nature is amazing with all the pine trees all around. Moreover the service was great.
