L'accueil chaleureux à la réception. Le service était impeccable au restaurant et à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était bien varié et délicieux. Le service aux chambres était rapide et efficace.
Le chemin pour s'y rendre était dur et manque d'indications.
L’emplacement, le personnel serviable et aimable, la propreté, la variété des activités, la possibilité de restauration sur place, la piscine , les voiturettes électriques pour circuler dans l’établissement
- il n’y avait pas de fruits proposés au petit déjeuner
- perception de manque d’entretien des activités : équipements mal au point du tir à l’arc, les animaux n’étaient pas en super forme
- manque de disponibilité des informations pratiques comme les horaires de piscine , des activités, le WIFI, il fallait à chaque fois demander à la réception. Ce serait plus efficace d’imprimer ces infos et les mettre sur une carte à la réception
The breakfast was very cheap: there was no variety, no fresh lemon juice (only powdered), coffee and tea were served in cardboard cups, and there were no croissants or baguettes... The foul and hummus were served from a can, which was disappointing and lacked freshness.
Some electrical outlets were not properly installed, creating a potential safety hazard.
They never mentioned that there was no spa. On Booking.com, the property is listed as a resort and spa, which is misleading.

Beautiful resort , very friendly staff . Special compliments to the restaurant staff who looked after us . Food at the main restaurants is really good . They also serve shisha both at the restaurant and the pool side.
The location is breathtaking, clean rooms and really nice swimming pool .
Facility is very nice and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we didn't have to go out of the hotel as there are lots of kids and adults activities and pool is well maintained. It was a great end to our vacation before going back home.
Indoor areas can be improved to be an option when it is too hot outside. Also breakfast options are limited to lebanese cuisine only while kids might expect some other items such as pancake and waffles.

I liked the sauna in our room, really interesting and you dont get that anywhere, other than finland maybe!
The food was not that good, the whole hotel needs renovation especially the restaurant, its 20 years old with nothing done to renovate it. Its a shame because its a really nice resort
