Nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ist die Lodge schön gelegen. Es ist sehr karg in der Gegend und es gibt dort auch nicht viel, deshalb darf man auch nicht viel Action erwarten. Von Neuras gelangt man ganz gut zum Naukluft Nationalpark und mit etwas längerer Fahrt auch zum Sossusvlei. Die Straßen drumherum sind Schotterpisten.
Man kann von Neuras aus verschiedene Aktivitäten buchen und auch eine Weinprobe machen. Der Wein, den wir probiert hatten, war wirklich sehr lecker. In der Nähe gibt es ein Cheetah-Gehege, das man besuchen kann (Aufpreis). Das ist ein netter kleiner Ausflug, aber nicht besonders.
In den Zimmern waren die Betten bequem und man kann mit seinem Auto direkt vor die Hütte fahren.

Cons:

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr passiv und bisweilen sogar wirklich unfreundlich. Man hatte als Gast immer den Eindruck zu stören. Die Kaffee- und Teestation in der Lobby war ungepflegt und die Ablageflächen schmutzig. Man wurde ständig darauf hingewiesen, dass der Kaffee aus der guten Kaffeemaschine extra kostet.
Die Zimmer waren geräumig, jedoch sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Das Waschbecken im Bad war winzig und es gab keine Ablageflächen. Zudem war es in den Zimmern aufgrund des Wellblechdachs extrem heiß. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, sondern nur einen Ventilator. Zudem fehlten Mückennetze, die Zimmer waren aber voll davon.
Auch das Essen war nur mittelmäßig.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool, der ganz nett liegt, aber sehr, sehr verschmutzt ist. Gäste dürfen ihre Hunde darin schwimmen lassen und es gibt keine wirkliche Reinigung.
Wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht, konnten aber aufgrund des Termins so kurzfristig nicht mehr umbuchen oder unseren Aufenthalt abbrechen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider gar nicht.

etwas Luxus in den Naukluftbergen
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Weingut inmitten der eigenen Anlagen. Zum Frühstück schauten Erdmännchen vorbei. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und das Lunchpaket überraschend frisch, vielseitig und umfangreich.

Cons:

Wir hätten mehr Zeit für die Umgebung mitbringen sollen.

Etape de rêve au coeur de la nature namibienne !
Pros:

Le camp est une oasis de paix et de sérénité dans le coeur du fabuleux parc du Naukluft. La tente était fonctionnelle et confortable au milieu de la nature. Les repas (petit-déjeuner et dîner) sont d'excellente facture et abondants. Les vins de la propriété sont réellement délicieux ! Personnel avenant et disponible. Petite piscine proche de la réception. Ne ratez pas la sortie pour aller donner à manger aux guépards ! Le tout pour un remarquable rapport qualité / prix !

Pros:

The staff was exceptional, and when we missed dinner due to a flat tire, they made us a separate dinner.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in the detached toilet building. Our tent zipper did not work, so we went to the next empty tent and made up the beds and slept there.

Beautiful two night stay - left very happy and relaxed!
Pros:

Dino and Rebekka took such amazing care of us, the food was delicious, the wine tour and tasting was super interesting, we were given a lovely packed breakfast for our day at Sossusvlei

Cons:

Nowhere to sit and hang out in the sun in the evening, very windy (could do with some more sheltered areas?)
