The maid & cleaning was decent.
No compensation on internet & water issues. The whole billing was charged upfront on the first day which is unacceptable.
Their is nothing I like about this place, the room is disgusting, they need to do some repair in the studio and find a way to get ride of the cockroaches.
Staff were very nice and the facilities were lovely. Great value for money.
They seemed surprised we had arrived and unprepared even though I booked in advance and was regularly in contact with them.
