Le personnel pas du tout accueillant et attentif,j acais réservé une chambre avec clim mais a mon arrivée elle etait louée,la seule réponse,c était l annulation,je pense que le responsable devrait changer de métier

Located in the middle of Analakely market, offers you the perfect start point to explore the vibe of the city.
Looking from the outside the hotel does not inspires you much, but once stepped inside, you are in a different world with enormous lobby, nice and clean rooms, balcony overviewing the market.

Cons:

Not the greatest breakfast, disproportionate quantity of the jam :)
Can be noisy due to the proximity of the market
TV channels has been blurry

Je ne recommanderais à personne pour un séjours dans cette hôtel
Pros:

D’accord accueil était froid, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone était en panne et le wifi inaccessible et pire la propreté laisse tomber
,le petit déjeuner aussi été nul,
Une très mauvaise souvenir

La gentillesse du personnel masculin 🤞🙏

Cons:

Propreté très discutable, pas d'eau chaude partout, chambres vetustes malgré de belles chambres spacieuses. Des draps troués, une honte. Les portes laissent passer la lumière et le bruit, rideaux déchirés...
Sérieux, faites des travaux d'entretien !

Hormis le vol dans ma chambre tous ces bien déroulé. Je conseil au gens de bien vérifier quand il laissent leur clef à l

Les coffres fort qui ne marche pas.
Et l’homme de ménage qui a volé des affaires dans ma chambre. Je précise homme car il y’a deux femme de ménage ou je n’ai rien à leur reprocher par contre le jeune qui fait le ménage c’est un voleur. Rien n’a était fait pour retrouve mes affaires. Médicament et argent volé. Je pense ils sont tous complice les uns des autres mais je trouve ça vraiment dommage au vu des pourboires j’ai donner tout au long de mes vacances au personnel

L'endroit géographique. Centre ville. Plus besoin de moyen de transport. Restaurent sur place. Qualité prix avec Booking.

Cons:

Moins de confort, surtout salle de bain. Chambre au 4è étage pas d'ascenseur.
