Pros:

We've stayed here before and loved so it made sense to go back to a place we loved. Meeting Marisol was a real treat and hope to stay in contact with her. It's a very easy space to be in and the location is excellent. We have already talked about staying a bit longer next time, maybe stay in one of the new rooms.

Cons:

We had to leave.

Lovely hotel would stay here again
Pros:

Quaint boutique hotel with easy parking. Friendly staff and love their mascot kitty.

Overall, I loved staying there as the entire staff was accommodating.
Pros:

The room was very nice. Ashley was more than helpful anytime I had questions about restaurants and other amenities at the hotel. I truly enjoyed the unlimited fresh water made available to guests.

Cons:

I was able to install the beach umbrella myself but I would have enjoyed a beach lounge chair and umbrella which was already set up. I am an older woman and that may not be possible for me in the future. There is no pool at the hotel and the beach is the only option for lounging.

Pros:

Personnel super helpful at any time. We arrived late night and check in was smooth. Marisol is very friendly and always ready to respond to any request.
I like that the hotel gives you all you need for the beach ( umbrella, cooler, towels).
The hotel is located in the beach zone in an area that is developing new stores and restaurants. The hotel is near a.public access entrance to the beach, although the beach is not suitable for swimming

Amazing stay will return again
Pros:

First the staff was amazing and the check in process was fast. I arrived way early and they let me check in early that went over and beyond to help. Also the black out curtains were a plus

Cons:

It was great the only think I would say is a little bit more lighting but the lighting in the room was good I think its just me I love light when doing work and thinking.

Very profesional and accommodating, with a great local feel.
Pros:

The atmosphere was more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Everything was super clean. The courtyard had the old Mexicana feel. Marisol, the owner, was very friendly. They are located right around the corner from Cynthia's who has excellent food. Overall, a great experience!

Cons:

Since it's a two story complex, an elevator would have been nice, instead of lugging luggage up a bunch of stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and the hot water ran out. The hot water situation in general for Mexico is a problem. We stayed at the GR Solaris Lighthouse and had the same issue. Their water infrastructure needs to be addressed.
