Incredibly kind staff
Pros:

Incredibly kind staff, spacious room, amazing breakfast! We got a free room upgrade, and the staff were just so so lovely!
Pool table was a nice touch🙂

Cons:

Quite a price difference between the on site price and booking (booking much cheaper), quite a present sound of a ?generator/pump in our room switching on and off.

Pros:

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute - nous avons booké devant la porte à 18h30 - et avons été accueillis sans hésitation et avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Les chambres ont été prêtes en 10 minutes. Nous avons ensuite dû revoir notre programme et l'équipe a tout mis en oeuvre pour nous accompagner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et fraiches, un petit nécessaire pour faire du thé et du café ainsi qu'un frigo sont très appréciables. Celles qui ont vue sur piscine ont un petit plus. L'hotel dispose aussi d'un billard, parfait pour se détendre en famille. Les petits déjeuners sont tres copieux et ont été servis à l'heure que nous avions demandé, assez tôt pour profiter ensuite de la visite des sites archéologiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande gentillesse de toute l'équipe.
L'hôtel propose un intermédiaire pour la location de vélo mais un loueur très bien se trouve juste à l'angle de la rue.

Cons:

La nourriture est abondante mais sans être excellente, sauf le petit déjeuner Sri Lankais, vraiment délicieux. Les chambres sont simples et propres, mais un peu chères pour la qualité de la prestation.

The most welcoming staff, chef and his awesome cooking.
He knows how to make the real non spicy but delicious dishes.

They made a delicious traditional foods table for us 😋 😍

Tolles Hotel in Anuradhapura!
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Bella Vista. Besonders die Angestellten waren sehr herzlich, haben uns wie zuhause fühlen lassen und waren für Fragen immer ansprechbar. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Everything was clean and perfect inside the room

Cons:

Tad bit too pricey but nothing to complain on it.
One of the rooms inside the main room didn’t have a proper lock on it; didn’t matter much regardless.

Een hotel wat je zeker wilt boeken!
Pros:

De kamer was erg ruim en het personeel was exceptioneel vriendelijk en lief. Lekker zwembad, ook al hebben we hier door het slechte weer nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker. Het zit een beetje verstopt waardoor taxi’s het niet altijd konden vinden.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The family room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for traveling with kids.
The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. A great way to start the day!
What made our stay even more enjoyable was the staff – everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

de eerste kamer zoals geboekt, rook heel erg naar vocht en dit was ook te zien aan de verschilferde muren. We kregen een nieuwe grotere kamer toegewezen in het ‘hoofdgebouw’ welke wel goed geventileerd lijkt te zijn!

De locatie is niet direct bij restaurants maar met pickme makkelijk te komen.

Good hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super helpful and very nice. They helped organise a special birthday for my husband and ordered a cake which was lovely. Nice pool. They also organised a tuk tuk to take us to the old city. Breakfast is nice and included in the price. Would recommend.

Cons:

The one thing that wasn’t good was that I’d informed several members of staff that my husband was allergic to bananas. Unfortunately pretty much every day bananas appeared on his breakfast. I would urge the hotel to undertake some staff training regarding allergies as they can be very serious.
