Teleurstellend verblijf
Cons:

We begrijpen niet waarom dit hotel zo’n hoge score heeft. De kamers waren groot en oké qua faciliteiten, maar niet hygiënisch. De badkamer stonk en er liepen kakkerlakken. Daarnaast stond het water in het zwembad te laag, het werd niet gefilterd en de was van het personeel hing bij het zwembad. Naast het hotel werden spullen verbrand waardoor we de hele tijd in de rook zaten. Verder hebben we hier gegeten, maar we kregen niet wat we hadden besteld en het was niet lekker. Teleurstellend

Our family loved our spacious, spotless Deluxe King Studio and the exceptional staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe King Studio! The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family. The staff provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond for us. A huge highlight was the pool table located right next to our room, which the kids absolutely loved.

Cons:

The upstairs loft area stayed a bit too warm due to the A/C not quite reaching it, (there was a seperate Evaporative Air Cooler in loft, but it wasn't effective as A/C) so all three kids ended up sharing the King bed downstairs. Since they love sleeping together on holiday anyway, it wasn't an issue for us at all. We highly recommend this property!

Good value, lovely pool
Pros:

I think we were the only ones there. We were fully looked after by all of the staff, lovely meals and great place. Lovely to have a pool to cool off

Bon hôtel pour le safari de Willpatu Park.
Pros:

Personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner européen. Très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons demandé de réserver un safari pour le jour d’après. Piscine très agréable.

La gentillesse du personnel, le petite déjeuner etait ok

Cons:

L’hôtel semble à l’abandon. Nous étions les seuls clients. Ils nous avaient préparé une chambre double alors que nous avions booké une chambre triple. Ils ont donc préparé une autre chambre un peu en urgence. Le menage n’était vraiment pas top et les draps sentaient mauvais. Nous nous sommes demandés s’ils étaient propres. L’espace extérieur avec la piscine est vraiment laissé dans son jus. Avec des caleçons qui sèchent, des serviettes sales qui traînent et des serpillières. Il y avaient aussi des draps sales qui trainaient au niveau du « bar ». La première chambre semblait plus propre.

Needs some minor repairs

Staff was very helpful, respectful. When we had an issue with hot water,
Close to places we wanted to go.
Had an issue with hot water, however the lady ( manager/owner) let us use the showers in The room next door. (It was too how for hot showers anyway)

Cons:

The door did not close properly. And someone opened it from outside by mistake middle of the night. The shower cubicle leaks.
A constant noise of some pump running on and off during the night. Only one of the ten or so plug points actually worked.
We did not have hot water as the heater was broken.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was also very delicious and enjoyable.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull

Cons:

The place is in need of some serious maintenance. A water pump kept stopping and starting all night which was very noisy and kept us awake.

Many of the facilities listed in their listing were missing.

I think cleanliness needs improvement.

English Breakfast was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Very clean, great staff, fabulous pool for a refreshing swim.
Pros:

The pool was very clean and a welcome relief after being in the heat all day. The breakfast chef was very good and the staff went out of their way to look after us. It was a fair walk to town but a simple tuk tuk ride to experience a restaurant. We also had dinner at the hotel at very short notice and they happily accommodated us. We got sweets for new year.

Cons:

Like all hotels the TV requires you are a member of Dialog. Of course as a tourist we were not so no TV.

Incredibly kind staff
Pros:

Incredibly kind staff, spacious room, amazing breakfast! We got a free room upgrade, and the staff were just so so lovely!
Pool table was a nice touch🙂

Cons:

Quite a price difference between the on site price and booking (booking much cheaper), quite a present sound of a ?generator/pump in our room switching on and off.
