Für einen einfachen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung, für einen schönen Urlaub lieber woanders buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war durchwegs nett und das Frühstück hat auch gut gepasst. Grundsätzlich war alles unkompliziert und für meine Zwecke hat's gereicht. Das Hotel passt sicher, wenn man zu einem Konzert für eine Nacht kommt, oder wie ich, für eine Fortbildung dort einige Zeit verbringt. Wer aber einen schönen Urlaub machen möchte in einem netten Hotel, ist hier eher fehl am Platz.

Cons:

Obwohl die Reinigungskraft wohl bemüht war, war vor allem beim Bad einiges zu bemängeln: Im Duschbereich waren überall Kalkreste, wie auch eine beginnende Schimmelbildung. Die Lüftung war komplett mit Staub bedeckt, sodass sie keinen Mehrwert brachte.
Der Kunststoffboden im Zimmer hat an jeder Stelle geknarzt, egal, wie vorsichtig man gegangen ist.
Preislich bin ich dann auch draufgekommen, dass ich ca. 20 € pro Nacht mehr bezahlt habe, als jemand, der spontan ein Zimmer (auch alleine) gebucht hat, was ich unverständlich finde, nachdem ich bereits weit im Voraus gebucht habe. Keine Ahnung, ob das durch die Buchung über booking.com zustande gekommen ist, aber der Unterschied ist einfach zu groß.

まぁ良し
Pros:

駐車場が敷地内にあるのでとても良かった。エレベーターがあるので、荷物が多い人にとってはありがたい。
バス停が近くてかなり便利。

Cons:

お部屋は狭いので、スーツケースを広げると歩くスペースが無くなる。下水の臭いがする。

Saubere Zimmer (vor ca. 3 Jahren renoviert), Parkplatz im Hof, gute Lage in Sachsenhausen,

Cons:

Die Tellerkopfbrause hat nicht funktioniert, wahrscheinlich verkalkt. Das Wasser lief hinten über den Teller raus. Ich wollte es bei der Abreise dem Personal mitteilen, aber die Rezeption war Sonntag früh um 10 Uhr nicht besetzt.
