L'emplacement au niveau du spots à tortue et du coucher de soleil.
Le ponton aménagé vraiment au bord de l'eau avec plein de transats et poufs.
La salle de bain très belle et spacieuse.
La clim efficace et silencieuse.
La gentillesse du personnel, mais bon... à force d'être gentil, on vous dit oui à tout pour vous faire plaisir mais derrière le service ne suit pas toujours.
Le lit trop ferme.
La piscine au sel, et qui pique énormément les yeux.
Le manque total d'insonorisation, comme souvent.
L'absence d'eau chaude (même si elle n'était pas vraiment froide).
Le petit déjeuner très sommaire pas à la hauteur du prix de l'établissement : juste un élément à manger, et un à boire. Pas de fruits en plus, et c'est soit café soit jus.
L'un des vélos complètement nul, chaîne qui ne faisait que dérailler, pas de frein arrière, alors qu'on m'avait confirmé "good bike"... De qui se moque t'on ? Heureusement la chaîne a été réparée rapidement, bravo pour ça.
L'emplacement calme loin des bars à ambiance.
La vue incroyable et la baignade avec les tortues au pied de la terrasse.
Toute l'équipe était au petit soin un très grand merci à eux on se sentait comme à la maison. J'ai prolongé mon séjour tellement c'était super !!
On a bien mangé également au restaurant, le petit déjeuner est léger mais les prix sont bas donc pas de soucis pour commander en +
La chambre contre la piscine avec la clim était très confortable ainsi que la literie.
Je reviendrai ici avec plaisir.
Petit + la douche à côté de la piscine pour se rincer après le snorkeling.

Eramos 4 personas, y en todo momento super atentos con nosotros y pendientes de lo que nos hiciera falta, nos dio hasta pena irnos, si volvemos a las gili iremos alli a quedarnos en nuestra estancia de vaciones.

The staff here is wonderful! The place is clean and in an excellent location! You can see both the sunrise and sunset and the breakfast is nice. Excellent AC and wifi and the pool is nice. 100% recommend!
We love the beachfront where we can do snorkeling anytime we wanted. Turtles are spotted right infront of the hotel beach during high tide.
Breakfast is mediocre.
One of the staff wasn't unhelpful and impatient during our 3nights stay.
De locatie is super lekker rustig en een goede schildpadden spot. Vanaf het restaurant/strandbedje zo de zee in. Ook de buitendouche/wc waren leuk ingericht.
De kamers hebben een achterstand met onderhoud. De hygiëne laat wat te wensen over, je moet echt vragen of ze willen schoonmaken en dat moet echt beter zeker de prullenbakken in de toilet ruimte.

Place needs some renovations
Great location away from the busy parts of the island but close enough to cycle for dinner or the beach. Lovely setting with sun beds overlooking the water and being able to step right in and snorkel.
The cabins have everything you need, bed, towels, great bathroom, cold water shower and soap and shampoo. More beach shack vibe rather than luxurious but that’s what we loved.
Food is simple but good.
The staff are super helpful, hired bikes and snorkels and had my washing done overnight.
On adore l'accueil, la piscine, le petit déj, le Bungalow, le jardin, le resto face à la mer et aux tortues, l'emplacement au calme, la location de vélos et scooters électriques, la supérette.
Bref, c'est un super rapport qualité-prix et un endroit de rêve
Excellent emplacement dans l’endroit le plus calme et sur la plage des tortues. On les voit de la terrasse du resto.
Pour avoir fait le tour de l’île, c’est même selon nous le meilleur qui coche toutes les cases : bungalow avec très bonne literie, frigo, grande SDB, etc… dans une allée agréable, belle piscine et resto bar pour chiller sur transats et poufs sur la plage avec vue en hauteur. Vélo et scooters électriques à disposition. Excellent accueil et toujours disponible pour aider.
Ce lieu dédié toute concurrence. On espère que les nouveaux propriétaires à partir du 1er mai ne changeront rien au prix.

Öncelikle otelin çalışanları harika insanlar. Bungalovda kaldım ve kliması yeterliydi. Havuzu temiz ve büyüktü. Kahvaltısı gayet lezzetliydi. Tekrar Gili'ye gelirsem çalışanları için geleceğim. Faizal, dj Adi, Sahrul, Jack.. harika insanlar..

The location in the island is a pretty quiet part, that is nice and directly on turtle point.
The Terrace is nice!
The room is old, not very clean. No warm water, and I had to fix the water drainage myself because it was not attached at all. And the deluxe cottage we had was direct next to a trash site, so that atracked cockroaches and other animals you do not want to see during your Holiday.
Also the breakfast is very limited and for several days part of the menu was not available.
And for 2 nights the power was down for several hours, during night. No airco, no charging. It was due to the venue is not Charging their electricity amount on time (it is a pre payed system they use on the island).
Next to that..they leave the airconditioning and outside lights on the whole day in the rooms, not sustainable at all.
I chose this room because of other reviews, that the boys running it were nice and high score of review.
